You just keep working hard without really knowing why you're doing that. And you're too afraid of ruining your confident image to ask for help deciding what you want from life.

You love to talk, and sometimes, personal stuff just slips out. It's quirky and TMI, but it's not actually you being vulnerable. You're pretending to be open with people without actually talking about your deepest, darkest feelings. You're just trying to make people think they know you while holding them at a distance.

You overshare to avoid really talking about your feelings

You're a creative person, and you want to start new projects and try so many new things. But your fear of doing badly keeps you from even trying. You want to impress people with your skills, so the possibility of spending time, working hard, and not succeeding in the end is too terrifying. So you don't even start.

Your fear of imperfection stops you from pursuing your passion

You love attention, especially in one-on-one situations. It's nice to feel loved, appreciated, and praised. But you also want people to think you're cool, so you feel like you can never act like you actually _want_ attention. You pretend you don't need it, but sometimes, you just want someone to sit, listen, and tell you that they're proud of you.

You want attention from others, but you're too afraid to ask for it

You like working hard doing the things that you love, whether it's in school, at work, or pursuing your hobbies. But when people recognize and compliment you for your skills, you have a hard time believing that they're being honest. You assume they're being polite. You feel like there are too many people who are more talented than you, and as long as you keep comparing yourself to others, you'll always feel subpar.

You have a hard time accepting compliments because you compare yourself to others

You like doing nice things for people and making their day easier. You love doing favors and getting people gifts. You also just like being liked! But in your quest to be liked, you don't demand respect for others. You let them take advantage of you and under-appreciate you. In the end, it's unclear if they like you or just like using you.
