    Uhhhhh #2? FALSE. As someone who has actually experienced this, I can safely that you are not awake for all types of brain surgeries. Certain types, yes. Tumor resections deep in the frontal lobe? HELL nah.

    I watched Mulan obsessively (perhaps excessively) all the way through high school. I lived in a very conservative area that still doesn't think women can do much of anything except be housewives, and it was very inspiring to see Mulan take on a different role and forge her own path…

    PEAKY BLINDERS. From what I understand it's been pretty popular in the U.K., but hardly anyone in the U.S. knows about it! The writing is perfection, the cinematography is so unique, and Cillian Murphy is in his best role yet. Magic from the first scene.
