Went to pick up orange juice and it had more than doubled in price. I don't care whether it's a climate, etc. thing, but the bottom line is I can't afford it.
Cosette is right--it's not an enjoyable story but it packs one heck of a wallop. I listed its ending as one of the most powerful and memorable ever. I didn't see the ending coming, but when you realize what's happening as it fades back to color, you dissolve into a tearful puddle.…Â
Schindler's List. Took me a minute to realize what was going on when it faded to color at the end, and then I totally lost it. One of the most powerful endings ever.
Field of Dreams is one of the best endings ever. When you (and more important Ray) realize who he built the ball field for, you're reduced to a puddle. I cry every time I see it, even though I know what's coming!
