Musicians and stars at the 2018 Brit Awards wore a white rose on the red carpet to support the Time's Up and #MeToo movements, and to protest against sexual harassment within the entertainment industry.

A similar initiative with white roses took place at the Grammys in January. At the BAFTA awards last Sunday and the Golden Globes in February, celebrities chose to wear black. According to the Guardian, attendees were sent the pin from the Brits organisers themselves.
