    1. A weighted blanket for helping you fall asleep and stay asleep longer — as a weighted blanket owner myself and someone whose anxiety would often get in the way of a peaceful night's sleep, I can personally tell you this is a purchase worth every penny, and I haven't slept better.

The weight of the blanket you choose, should be about 10% of your body weight plus one.

Promising review: "Over the past few years I’ve developed terrible sleep habits and thought that was just how it was going to be. I ordered this when it came up on a sale, and it has completely changed my sleep habits. No more night terrors, flopping around, laying awake for hours, or wild dreams. I’ve been sleeping through the night since having this blanket. The blanket doesn't make me hot, instead it’s a cozy warmth." —Ryan Westmoreland

Get it from Amazon for $59.90+ (available in various colors, and sizes).

    2. And comforter clips to prevent your blanket from slipping out of the duvet cover for the millionth time this week.

Promising Review: "These have been working great with our new duvet cover! I have actually used these same ones with two other duvet covers over the years, as well. I have never had any problems with them randomly coming off, and they were easy to use. Just be careful not to accidentally wash them or they will get a bit deformed." —Steven St. Clair

Get a pack of four from Amazon for $9.99.

    3. A color-changing nightlight that'll provide a soothing, colorful glow while still being v conducive to an uninterrupted night of sleep.

Features eight different colors, and three color modes — color-changing, soft white, or choose your favorite of the eight colors. It also has light-sensing technology so it'll turn on at dusk and turn off at dawn.

Promising review: "We got this because our little one kept coming into our room in the middle of the night saying she was afraid of the dark. We hoped that was really the case and that she was not simply using it as an excuse to come sleep in our bed. From the very first night we put this in her bedroom, we have not had any visits. She sleeps through the night, and now so do my wife and I. Overall brightness really depends on the color you select. It has a good selection of colors, which the little one likes. The difference between the bright white and soft white is very minimal." —Dan H.

Get it from Amazon for $5.98 (available in two finishes).

    4. A essential oil spray for some soothing, calming relief from the stresses that are our daily responsibilities. I own this in the lavender scent (review below), and truly swear by it!

So, part of my bedtime routine lately has been adding a few drops of lavender essential oil to my aromatherapy diffuser. Lavender is such a calming scent, and after spending three to four hours total a day commuting to and from New York City, I find it really relaxing to unwind with the scent of lavender in my bedroom. I just came back from a trip overseas and was fortunate enough to receive this spray for free in a PR package before I left for my trip. As much as I'd love to be able to pack my diffuser and essential oil, a girl's gotta save room in her suitcase for outfit options and souvenirs to bring back, so I opted to bring this spray instead, and let me tell you, it was truly WONDERFUL! I gave a spritz to the pillow and two spritzes to the covers before bed each night, and was able to unwind with lavender while on my trip! This is definitely something I'm going to pack for future trips, and is honestly just a great alternative for anyone who doesn't want to buy a whole diffuser and oils, but still wants the scent and the calming factor they provide!

Promising review: "This is hands down the best linen spray I've ever used. I spray it on my pillows and sheets every night, and on my rugs and curtains when my house needs a little pick me up. This really is an amazing product: a beautiful company, owned and run by women." —Lass

My old machine had looping audio and I hated it, so the fact that this is non-looping is everything. It's also very sleek and modern. I live in downtown Boston with construction sites literally boxing me in my building with noise nearly 24/7 between that and cops/fire trucks. This knocks out the noise and allows me to sleep or nap at any time of day without hearing anything." —ML

Promising review: "My husband turns a lot in his sleep and has always woken up with the fitted sheet halfway off his side of the bed. Bought these and we have NEVER once had to adjust the sheet in the morning! These are amazing!

A tip for putting them on: lay the fitted sheet on top of the bed with the corners inside out (flipped up, off the mattress). Then attach these bands to each of the corners and tighten the bands. Once they are all clamped and tightened, THEN flip the corners onto the mattress. We have a pillow top 10" thick king mattress and this is the best method to get these on. Hope that helps!" —LindseyB

The price is great and you get a variety of scents. The tops go on securely, so I can use some and then put them back in the box with no leaking. The lavender is very relaxing.
