The eight-part show is based on Liane Moriarty's bestselling book from 2018 of the same name, and will be produced by the team behind Big Little Lies and The Undoing.

The story follows nine city dwellers who arrive at a boutique health-and-wellness resort desperate for some R&R. Watching over them is the resort's director Masha (Nicole Kidman), who wants to help her guests find the path to a better way of living – but in true Liane Moriarty style, nothing is quite what is seems!

The cast is amazing, and stars such Hollywood heavyweights as Nicole Kidman, Melissa McCarthy, Regina Hall, Bobby Cannavale, Luke Evans, Manny Jacinto, Michael Shannon, and Samara Weaving.

Nicole Kidman herself has said, "I'm so proud of what we were able to pull together this past year, bringing Nine Perfect Strangers filming to Australia during the global COVID-19 pandemic... The stars have aligned and I am thrilled!"

Needless to say, fans of Big Little Lies and The Undoing will probably love this series, which will be exclusively available to Prime members in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Latin America. In the US, you'll be able to catch the series streaming on Hulu! For now, here's the trailer to get you excited!
