This year in addition to our family's St. Patrick's Day tradition of soda bread, I decided to use my Mom's Homemade Irish Cream to make some tasty baked donuts. These baked Vanilla Bean donuts are soft and fluffy, and the Irish Cream Glaze just give them the right amount of sweet with a touch of whisky! :)
