The first time we kissed. It was like we were in a movie. Instant fireworks 💥. We’ve been inseparable ever since. Engaged 2 months later, married for 7 years with 2 kids. He’s my best friend.
Turning on the lights. Forced us to be more comfortable in front of each other physically and as a result opened up communication on what we each like/don’t like.
Door County, Wisconsin. It’s the “thumb” of the state and is just beautiful. A cluster of coastal type towns with nice restaurants, breweries, wineries and shopping. There’s peninsula state park there as well for some outdoor activities. There’s something for everyone there!
We were pressured to have a bigger wedding (still under 100 people) because of our parents. But I wish we would have eloped and had a ceremony just for us. Because of that, we weren’t able to enjoy the honeymoon we really wanted. Biggest regret! Do what you want and don’t even ask…
Walking definitely helped speed the process along for me. My husband and I took a trip early on when contractions started to a giant hardware store, like Home Depot. Then I did laps around my kitchen and a few outside. I recommend walking as much as you’re comfortable with.
