Since 2013 was 10 WHOLE YEARS AGO, I thought it'd be fun to take a look back at some of the year's most...chaotic fashion. And what better place for chaos and outfits than Coachella?
So, here are 33 of the strangest, most baffling, most random, and most 2010s looks from the 2013 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
