2021 was a BIG year for couples who poop together!
In case you're one of the lucky ones who can forget things like this, Meghan Trainor and her Spy Kids husband went viral in 2021 for their bathroom.
Their bathroom has two toilets side by side with each other.
She talked about "pooping together" on Nicole Byer's podcast, Why Won't You Date Me: “We just got a new house, and we did construction. Nobody knows this, but in our bathroom, there was one toilet, and a lot of time in the middle of the night when we’re with the baby, we’ve got to pee at the same time. So I was like, ‘Can we please have two toilets next to each other?’”
"We’ve only pooped together twice. We pee at the same time a lot.”
Twice?!?!
Apparently, she was lying, because she took to Twitter and clarified the number of times they've shat as one:

A few weeks after that, Meghan shared a detailed picture of her latrines on Fallon:
And then in 2022, she shared a pic of ANOTHER bathroom with two toilets:
And you know what, I thought that was that!
But the toilet discourse is back!
Meghan talked about her morning routine peeing together on the Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie morning show:
"We don't poop together because my husband can drop it like it's hot," she said.
"My husband and I pee together, we hold hands, he sits when he pees. We hold hands while we pee. We're like 'what are we doing together, baby?' We have a calendar in there. It's very cute, a good time."
"Nobody is in love like we are, everyone is like 'ew,' I'm like 'your husband doesn't come hang out with you while you pee?'"
"I'm like babe, I'm going to pee, let's talk!"
