This is Jennifer Garner. You know her, of course, from movies and TV shows like 13 Going On 30, Alias, and Dallas Buyer's Club.
But she's also a mom to Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6 (dad is ex-husband Ben Affleck), and — after stumbling across her Instagram — she has shot straight to the top of my list of fave celeb parents.
1. Like, look at this photo she posted with the caption: "Every single time I get out of the car. How? Why?"
2. Or this lovely addition her kids made to her day planner, LOL.
3. Her kids' love of farts wasn't only documented in Jennifer's planner.
4. In fact, they've made their love for farts very clear!
5. Jennifer has also literally sold Girl Scout cookies in front of the supermarket. I mean, mom points, right?
6. She's a working mom, but instead of totally missing some events — like this talent show — she watches via FaceTime.
7. And, proving she is 100% mom, she has a letter board and puts inspirational sayings on it for her kids to read.
8. She posts hilarious mom memes too.
9. Speaking of cooking, she posted this "pretend cooking show" video for her family's favorite chocolate cake.
10. She also does this thing you may have heard of called a "Yes Day!" That's where — on a day in September each year — she says "yes" to everything her kids ask.
11. She even finds time to be a board member of Save the Children, a children's rights organization.
12. Oh, and in case you think her kids only write about farts all day, you should know that they've also given their awesome mom this very sweet note.
