    1. A set of anti-chafing thigh bands because hell hath no fury like a pair of angry, sweaty, chafing thighs.

    amazon.com, Amazon

Promising review: "Ladies, we can finally toss the deodorant...these things work! I was hella skeptical because my thighs are resistant to any sort of chub rub defense. I wore them while walking at least five hours at a music festival and they stayed put without me ever needing to adjust them! I couldn't believe it! My delicate inner thigh skin was preserved; not a chub-rub in sight and they're so feminine and romantic-looking that I didn't even care if someone caught a peek at that beautiful lace. Way sexier than my usual biker shorts. Love that I can wear dresses all day now without worrying about my thighs overheating." —OceanHips

Get them from Amazon for $18.95+ (available in sizes S–3XL and 17 styles).

    2. An anti-chafing balm for swiping anywhere your clothes rub. It creates a moisture-repelling layer on your skin (without ever feeling greasy!) that protects against blisters, irritation, and chafing when your running, hiking, biking, or just trying to exist in the world as a sweaty person.

    Amazon, amazon.com

Promising review: "I am a lifelong curvy lady whose thighs have rubbed together since the beginning of time, probably, so I’m no stranger to chafing. This morning I applied the balm to my inner thighs under a sundress and spent a day walking around in the heat and sunshine; it was hot, and I was sweating, but miraculously, my thighs felt fine! I applied the balm at around 11:30 a.m. and as I write my review it’s almost 7:30 p.m. but my legs are going strong. Other parts of me have definitely reacted to being out and about but not my thighs — without this stuff, they would be pink and tender, but they feel soft and happy. I am absolutely impressed. Long story short, this stuff absolutely worked for me; I plan to buy a larger size when this smaller one runs out. Don’t be a doubter like I was!" —Gina

Get it from Amazon for $7.99.

    3. A talc-free sweat-absorbing powder to calm and cool any areas where sweat pools. It's long lasting and made with calamine, an ingredient that can help reduce irritation and dry sweat.

    The powder
    Amazon

Promising review: "I can never review this highly enough. I've gotten at least five people hooked on it this year. This makes a HUGE difference with chub rub, doesn't get rid of sweat between your thighs but completely reduces friction. Great under your totties in the summer and basically anywhere that skin rubs. Get it." —Elizabeth

Get it from Amazon for $5.99.

    4. A bra liners so you, a sweaty person, can make the 30-second walk to your mailbox without the dreaded under-boob sweat.

    Amazon

Promising review: "I am a sweat-er and therefore it's very uncomfortable to sweat under your bra and then be wet. I am so happy with this product. No more being wet and having embarrassing sweat marks." —Lola

Get it from Amazon for $19.95 (available in three colors).

    5. A pack of underarm shields that'll soak up sweat before it can stain your shirt. They're also designed to stop odors so you don't look *or* smell like you just sweat through your shirt.

Model wearing the pads, which look like large panty liners
    Amazon

Promising review: "I love these. I have a few cute summer dresses with sleeves — eeek! The first time I tried the shields it was 104 degrees at an outdoor event, and I was sweating bullets! The shields worked BEAUTIFULLY. Not a sweat stain in sight." —Cosmic Girl

Get a pack of 24 from Amazon for $13.99.

    6. A clinical-strength antiperspirant if nothing else has helped tackle your excessive sweating. This roll-on contains 12% aluminum chloride, a compound that blocks sweat, so you can enjoy up to 72 hours of protection from endless sweat.

    amazon.com, amazon.com

Promising review: "Just got inside from 80-degree weather. I CANNOT believe I have no sweat marks. To be dramatic, this is life-changing. To be modest, this is life changing. Haha. I was always so embarrassed going anywhere! No matter the weather I was always dripping sweat from under my arms. I was always so self-conscious, leaving parties early, known as the sweater! No more! I’m seriously so excited about this." —Liz

Get it from Amazon for $5.67+ (available in solid and rollerball formats).

    7. Or Myro, an eco-friendly deodorant subscription because being kind to Mother Earth and having fresh-smelling pits are not mutually exclusive. You pick the scent and case you like and Myro will send you deodorant refills every few months so you can stop buying wasteful deodorant tubes.

    @itsmymyro / Via instagram.com

My coworker Marquaysa Battle swears by this deodorant. Here's what she had to say:

"Tbh, I wasn't looking for environmentally friendly deodorant although I swear I love Mother Earth. My go-to fragrance-free deodorant was discontinued so I just desperately needed one that wouldn't irritate my sensitive underarm skin and would keep me smelling fresh. All the other natural deodorants I tried DEFINITELY DID NOT KEEP ME FRESH. I had to re-up several times throughout the day just to avoid a sweaty smell, which wasn't my norm and made me feel self-conscious. Finally, I stumbled upon the Myro deodorant and figured I'd just try it since I tried everything else (Native, Tom's, Almay, you name it). I was skeptical because it smelled so good and my severely sensitive skin typically doesn't play nice with scents. I guess since the product is truly natural, that's why it didn't irritate me. Fair warning: I peeped that the deodorant has low ratings on like two sites but it appears that the Myro brand listened to the people, as its website notes that it's upgraded the formula. I've been using it for about three weeks. I apply it once daily and don't have to break my schedule to re-up, haven't had any itchy patches develop under my arms, and FINALLY get to enjoy a great scented product again, which I haven't been able to do in years. BTW, the scent I have is the Chill Wave which smells like cucumber, jasmine, and spearmint 👃🏾❤️."

Get a starter kit (one deodorant pod and one refillable case) for $10 and free shipping.

    8. A pack of aluminum-free deodorant wipes for freshening up on the go. They're made to absorb orders so no one else has to know that you forget to apply deodorant this morning.

    The wipes
    Amazon

Promising review: "I have always suffered from bad odor on my underarms since I have very delicate skin, so I can't use strongly scented deodorants. I'm always trying out cream deodorant or gels, but it either irritates my skin or it doesn't stop my bad odor. THIS IS THE BEST INVENTION EVER. I LOVE IT! I can't believe that something finally works! My armpits don't smell bad. I can finally move my arms freely. The scent is wonderful; I love the smell and it's not harsh on my skin. Even after a long day, my underarms are still smelling like coconut." —Patricia

Get it from Amazon for $8.99 (available in three scents and multipacks).

    9. And if you need something heavier duty, a pack of clinical-strength antiperspirant wipes to protect you from excessive sweating for up to seven — SEVEN! — days.

Reviewer holding the wipe, which is individually packaged and about the size of an after dinner wipe
    amazon.com

Promising review: "Cannot recommend enough!!! If you suffer from excessive sweat like I do, this stuff is a lifesaver!! I've always had a problem with underarm sweat and I've tried every kind of antiperspirant available and nothing worked. I finally saw this on BuzzFeed and decided to give it a try. I can't believe I've suffered this long without this product. I showered at night, dabbed the wipe on, took another shower in the morning and it's been almost three days now and almost no sweat! It did itch a little but nothing unbearable and I can deal with that for the pay off!!!" —Kathy

Get 10 wipes from Amazon for $19.99.

    10. A tube of antiperspirant hand cream so you can find relief from hyperhidrosis (the clinical name for excessive sweating).

    The cream
    amazon.com

Promising review: "I used this product on my 10-year-old son. He sweats A LOT on his hands. He would tell me that he was embarrassed at school and he had problems making friends. My son told me he had never shook a hand outside of mine ever before in his life..... it broke me. As a father, I knew I had to fix this. I set an appointment up with his doctor and got nowhere. The doctor said it's normal and should go away in the coming years. I asked about surgery and they said it would be around $10,000, so I started saving. Couple weeks went by and I came across this product I asked my son if he was OK with trying it and he desperately said yes. We put it on and his hands are completely dry now. When it worked, he started practicing shaking hands and high fives with his brother. It's been two weeks now and it is working AMAZING." —HECTOR LORENZO

Get it from Amazon for $14.95.

    11. An aluminum-free deodorant that'll help save the day when "down there" doesn't smell so fresh. Obviously you should talk to your doc if your private parts smell funky, but this is an option if they've cleared you of any health conditions and you're still put off by any odors.

    Amazon, amazon.com

Promising review: "I was very skeptical, but since I'm on a lifelong quest to smell better I tried it. It's important to know, I have pretty severe hyperhidrosis and just sweat harder than anyone I've ever met in general, so naturally I get stinky very, very easily. For me, I had to use more than the recommended 'a little goes a long way.' Basically I slather my pits. At first it will feel excessive, but as others have mentioned, the product absorbs pretty well, and by the time I'm done rubbing it in 'other places' the sticky feeling is gone. It doesn't perfume me, it just smells like nothing, which is great because the alternative is a strong womanly BO. Smelling like nothing is all I ever wanted." —Miss Isobel Devi

Get it from Amazon for $15.99 (available in two scents).

    12. An insulated Hydro Flask to keep you hydrated and replenish the water you're sweating out.

    The water bottle
    Amazon

Promising review: "This bottle was for my son and he loves it! He literally carries it with him everywhere he goes. He loves the large size so he doesn't have to constantly refill it all the time. He says the bottle keeps his drinks ice cold until he has to refill it. He says because of this bottle he's drinking much more and stays more hydrated." —Sheila Lee

Get it from Amazon for $37.95+ (available in three sizes and 11 colors).

    13. An ultra quiet, adjustable mini fan if you want a cooling breeze wherever you are. Set it on your desk to keep you chill while you work, or put it on your nightstand so you don't overheat in your sleep.

    The mini fan in pink
    amazon.com

Promising review: "I have issues with my palms sweating when it gets a little too warm, which happens often around my workstation as I’m by the window with the sun beaming on it. This fan is compact, quiet, and blows the perfect amount of a breeze to keep me cool throughout the day. Highly recommended." —Adnan A.

Get it from Amazon for $11.99+ (available in three colors).

    14. A pumping misting fan because we've all wanted one of these. Fill it with water and store it in the fridge until you need it so you can enjoy a refreshing and cooling mist.

The fan, which is about the size of a water bottle
    Amazon

Promising review: "Heat flashes — menopause is the culprit — all year, I carry a handheld fan. I used to buy the $10 fan with mister from Walgreens or Walmart. And within two months, the plastic blades would come off, and even though I could get the fan blades attached again, they wouldn't spin as fast, and wouldn't fan air out properly. So I found this fan. It was best rated but twice the cost of those cheap fans but I got it anyway. I waited a few months to leave a review, and I can honestly say that this is the best fan mister I've ever owned. It's very well made, the fan works great, and the fine spray mister is my favorite part." —AllyKat

Get it from Amazon for $24.95.

    15. A gel memory foam pillow for keeping you cool while you sleep. This down-alternative option comes with a 100% cotton cover that helps with airflow, thus potentially saving you from another night where you wake up drenched in sweat.

    The pillow
    Casper

Promising review: "I absolutely love this pillow. The firmness on the inside and the softness on the outside. Also, it stays cool, never gets hot like other pillows. I have been sleeping on cool gel pillows for the past three years, but find I prefer Casper pillow by far more superior. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. In fact I am purchasing another one." —Sharon Borys

Get it from Casper for $65+ (available in two sizes).

    16. And a set of cooling pillowcases because one side is made with a high-tech Japanese cooling fabric and the other is breathable 100% cotton.

    Amazon

Promising review: "Best...Pillowcases...Ever!! I run hot all the time, especially at night. This really helps to keep me cool at night. I fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up refreshed. The cool side of the pillow is always your side of the pillow! I actually sometimes get cold during the night. If you wake up in the middle of the night sweating, you need to get this!" —Kim

Get it from Amazon for $25.99+ (available in two sizes and two colors).

    17. A state-of-the-art mattress pad that'll basically ensure you always wake up on the right side of bed — aka the cool side. Inside it is a 4D spiral fiber that traps air, helping the mattress cover breathe and retain its shape. It's made of 400-thread count combed cotton (read: super freaking soft) that wicks away sweat and moisture.

    The mattress pad
    Amazon

Promising review: "I had a different mattress cover before and I never got that nice crisp feeling in my sheets so I thought it may be from the mattress cover I originally bought. I got this one that had many reviews saying it had a cooling effect and YES it does. I get in my sheets and they’re so much cooler! Also, the cover gives a nice added cushioning." —E. Shaughnessy

Get it from Amazon for $33.06+ (available in eight sizes and three colors).

    18. A velvety soft microfiber duvet to help you achieve maximum comfort and coziness without overheating.

    The duvet
    Amazon

Promising review: "I love this comforter! I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much for the price. When it came I was delightfully surprised at how soft the material was. I was originally going to purchase a duvet cover but it is so soft that I chose not to. It is also the perfect weight for me. It keeps me warm without causing night sweats, which is an issue with most comforters. I love this so much I'll be purchasing a couple more." —Jessica Gavin

Get it from Amazon for $19.99+ (available in four colors and four sizes).

    19. A pack of moisture-wicking socks so your shoes don't turn into a swamp after a few hours outside.

    amazon.com

Promising review: "Seem great. I’ve worn them several times for running and for sports and the fact that I put them on and forget about them tells me there aren’t any problems with them. Also, I sweat a lot and these seem to do just as well as any other sock I’ve used in the moisture-wicking department. Happy with purchase!" —Kindle Customer

    amazon.com, amazon.com

Promising review: "In love with this!! It's seamless and thick fabric that's still breathable. The best part is they don't roll up. If you have thick legs, you know what I mean!! Some other seamless compression shorts I have get really hot and your a$$ is sweating within three minutes. These are somehow breathable and not as hot. In love! Extremely comfortable and squat-proof." —Jooj

Get it from Amazon for $27.99+ (available in sizes S–XL and five colors).

    22. A set of super soft and lightweight PJs because you've just about had it with your slumber being interrupted by the night sweats.

    amazon.com, amazon.com

Promising review: "After suffering from menopause night sweats and waking up several times a night in a pool of sweat, these PJs were recommended to me. They fit loosely, the material instantly cooled my body, and at night the material pulled the sweat from my body allowing me to have a good rest. I don't know where the fluid went, but my sheets were not wet. I will be buying several more pairs." —jcwg

Get it from Amazon for $21.99+ (available in sizes S–4X and in 13 colors).

    23. A Coty setting powder for help regulating your skin's oil production so you can face — pun intended! — another sweaty day like a pro. This long-lasting loose powder also smooths the appearance of fine lines and blemishes (looking at you, adult acne).

    amazon.com, amazon.com

Promising review: "Hands-down the best powder I have ever used. I bought it about a month ago but wanted to use it for a little bit before I wrote a review. I apply it once in the morning when I'm getting ready and I'm set for the entire day without having to reapply. I work at a busy restaurant where I am constantly running around, in and out of the hot kitchen, and sweating in the summer, however this powder keeps me so matte and hides all of the inner grease on my face that normally shows so easily. The best part about this powder is that it even makes my pores look smaller (thank goodness). I rave about this product to every makeup lover I know because it is so amazing!" —Amazon Customer

Get it from Amazon for $5.97+ (available in six shades).

    24. A matte finishing spray to help keep your makeup prisoner, even if you're dripping sweat.

Comparison of reviewer's makeup, half of which looks good thanks to the setting spray and half of which has rubbed off without the spray
    amazon.com

Promising review: "I did an experiment where I applied full foundation, lipstick, and nonwaterproof liquid eyeliner before a 40-minute workout. I used the spray on one side of my face, and it kept the other side of my face free of spray. After my work out (which included a decent amount of sweating in humid weather) I noticed that the side I had used the spray on was much better looking overall. The eyeliner I had on did not smudge, the foundation was still set, and I could still see some of my lipstick and lip liner. On the side without the spray my liner was smudged, lipstick completely gone, and some foundation was rubbing off. The formula is light and has a great refreshing scent that is not overpowering. Plus it seems to make your skin have a less cakey appearance. I am happy with the purchase." —PureMichiganMelissa

Get it from Amazon for $12.25.

    25. A pack of oil-blotting sheets so you can sop up sweat and grease quickly.

Reviewer photo of a used sheet
    amazon.com

Promising review: "Works exactly as described. I wash my face every day, have a pretty intense skin care routine, but nothing I did could stop my face from getting oily when I started to sweat. I use a couple sheets after I start to cool off and it completely clears the oil and sweat, and leaves my face feeling great. Doesn't dry out at all." —Sarah M A

Get a pack of 100 sheets from Amazon for $6.95+ (available in three scents).

    26. A paraben-free dry shampoo powder that'll refresh your locks after they get sweaty. It's cruelty-free, all-natural, and vegan, so you can feel safe putting it on your skin.

Before and after of a reviewer who applied the powder to their greasy bangs so they look freshly washed
    amazon.com

Promising review: "This stuff is awesome. I’m not a hair expert but this is great for those in-between wash days, especially if you workout or sweat in the warmer months. Just sprinkle some on the roots in various sections then rub with your fingers. Easy! Love supporting a small business too!" —Rocco Brandonisio

Get it from Amazon for $9.99.

    27. A pack of hair ties if you want to get your hair up and out of your face during a sweat session without leaving behind any kinks or creases.

    Amazon

Promising review: "Definitely better than traditional ponytail holders. These do not leave a crease in my hair and hold it up very securely. I was worried that during the HIIT or cardio portions of my workouts that my hair would fall down, but it stayed up the entire time. It doesn't rip my hair out when I take it out of the ponytail or bun either." —JESSICA VANCE

Get a pack of four from Amazon for $5.99.

    28. An instant cooling towel because it's hot as heck outside and you'll want some sweet, sweet relief for your neck after a long run.

    The towel
    Amazon

Promising review: "Great product! I bought this for an upcoming summer hiking trip in Utah, but I have been using it for an aerobics class as a headband. I sweat on my head and it runs down into my eyes. Regular headbands get soaked too fast. This really works because it keeps my head cooler and when warms up, I simply drizzle more water on it from my spouted water bottle." —Lepmay

Get it from Amazon for $6.95 (available in four colors).

    29. A moisture-wicking hat liner for protecting your caps from those dreaded sweat stains.

    The liner
    Amazon

Promising review: "I love these hat liners! My head sweats a lot! I bring a towel just to wipe my head between holes. I was able to get four weekends' worth of golfing from ONE liner in 80- and 90-degree weather! AND it saved my brand-new golf hat. My first golf hat is ruined from a 1-inch-wide sweat stain on the brim. BUY THESE LINERS to SAVE your $$$$!" —Golfer64

Get a pack of three from Amazon for $12.99.
