    So, it's been about a month since Outer Banks dropped on Netflix, and I think it's safe to say that it's one of the most wildly addicting teen shows this year.

    And while onscreen, the characters are all supposed to be about 16 years old...

    ...none of the cast is actually in high school.

    Like Chase Stokes, who plays John B., is actually 27.

    Madelyn Cline, who plays Sarah Cameron, is 22.

    Rudy Pankow, who plays JJ, is 21.

    Madison Bailey, who plays Kiara, is 21.

    Jonathan "J.D." Daviss, who plays Pope, is 20.

    Austin North, who plays Topper, is 23.

    And Drew Starkey, who plays Rafe, is 26.
