Penn Badgley was only 19 when he was Milo Ventimiglia's roommate. So, Milo would give Penn his ID when they would go out with friends. Milo would make sure Penn got into whatever club or bar they were going to, wait 15 minutes, and then try to enter using his passport.
Before they were famous, Adam and Judd shared an apartment in the Valley in Los Angeles. On 60 Minutes Overtime, Judd told Anderson Cooper that even after Adam moved to New York, he continued to pay rent because he was afraid he'd "get fired" and have to go back to LA. Judd explained, "He just left, like he was going to come back, but he just didn’t come back."

Ryan told E! that he had no idea what actor he wanted to play the part of Chad Radwell, but his co-producer, Ian Brennan, said, "I know this guy Glen Powell, who's roommates with Chord Overstreet, and I've been out with him and I've seen him do sort of improv stuff. I think he would be great." Then, Glen met with Ryan, and he got the part!
According to Jason, Judd Apatow made the two live together before shooting a pilot. "None of us had really had that much success yet, and Judd Apatow — in a weird move — made Kevin Hart live with me for, like, six months," he said on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
