For the past three seasons, Jane the Virgin had one of the best love triangles on TV.
Fans very passionately divided into Team Michael and Team Rafael.
Eventually, Jane (Gina Rodriguez) and Michael (Brett Dier) got married and we thought things had been figured out for good.
Unfortunately, Michael died just as he and Jane were getting their marriage started.
Also, Rafael (Justin Baldoni) turned himself in and went to jail after playing a role in hiding the Solano family's rare art collection, which he found out was stolen from a convent in Italy.
The show has since fast-forwarded three years. Jane isn't dating anyone and is still single — she and Mateo are living with Abuela (Ivonne Coll).
Rafael was dating Abby Whitman (Minka Kelly) for over a year, and the couple seemed to get along well with Jane.
But he didn't want to move in with Abby, which led to them breaking up.
Now that Raf is single and so is Jane, should they just be together already?
In the past few years, Jane and Rafael have apparently become each other's best friends, confiding in one another about everything.
Honestly, they're as close as ever.
And Jane and Raf's closeness and Michael's absence has us wondering...
...should these two *finally* get together?
Is their love for each other completely fated?
Maybe he never got over Jane.
Or the idea of their family being together.
And maybe if Jane can't have Michael, the only other person she can love is Rafael?
