If you've been on the internet for more than five minutes in the past few weeks, then you've most likely seen the trailer for No Hard Feelings, the new rom-com starring Jennifer Lawrence and Andrew Barth Feldman.

You, of course, know Jennifer from movies like The Hunger Games and Silver Linings Playbook. Andrew, on the other hand, is a relative newcomer to the silver screen.
Here are 15 interesting facts about Andrew Barth Feldman:
1. Andrew's birthday is May 7, 2002, making him a Taurus sun. He's also a Leo rising and a Pisces moon, which makes him "a loud and bombastic person" but also "very emotional and [an] anxious person," as he told Vanity Fair.
2. He was born in Manhasset, New York, which is about an hour and fifteen minutes outside of NYC.
3. Most of No Hard Feelings was filmed down the street from his childhood home on Long Island, so he stayed in his old room during production.
He told Vanity Fair, "It was terrible but also perfect for this character who is so stuck in himself and stuck in his own bubble."
4. If he seems familiar, then you may have seen him as Antoine, the French exchange student, on High School Musical: The Musical: The Series.
5. Or, you may have seen him as Alfredo Linguini in Ratatouille the Musical, the lockdown TikTok meme-turned-benefit concert for The Actors Fund.
6. Prior to Ratatouille, Andrew starred in another musical you may be familiar with. At only 16, he made his Broadway debut in the titular role in Dear Evan Hansen. He was the first actual teenager to play the high school-aged character.
Previously, other actors who played Evan were in their twenties.
7. Andrew was an award-winning actor before graduating high school. He won Best Performance by an Actor at the National High School Musical Theatre Awards (aka the Jimmy Awards) in 2018 — the same year fellow Broadway star Reneé Rapp won Best Performance by an Actress.
8. He got the attention of the Dear Evan Hansen production team when he won his Jimmy Award because the lead producer happened to be in the audience.
9. He's actually a lifelong theatre kid. He fell in love with Broadway when he watched a production of Beauty and the Beast at 3 years old. His first onstage role was Mr. Bundles in a local production of Annie at 8. Then, at 12, he started his own theatre company.
10. He got into Harvard, but after his audition for No Hard Feelings, Jennifer Lawrence personally called him to ask him to defer so that he could be her costar.
She told Entertainment Tonight, "He was fully the character, so I called him and said, 'Andrew, I have really bad news. You're not gonna be able to finish your semester at Harvard.' He's gonna have to defer, or whatever college school words are."
11. During the pandemic, he created an online murder mystery series called Broadway Whodunit? Fellow Broadway stars, including Reneé Rapp, played the suspects, and the audience got to be the detectives.
12. He considers himself a "refined Gen Z Disney adult" and — despite living in New York — visits the theme parks fairly often.
13. Andrew and Jennifer are "both most comfortable once [they've] overshared," so they spent the first day of filming telling each other all their secrets.
He told the Independent, "It's amazing that she’s become this very special person in my life, who I think is gonna be in my life now for a very long time."
14. He decided to accept the role in No Hard Feelings not because he wanted to pivot from theater to film, but because he "cared about this character so much, and knew it was going to be the greatest time ever."
He told Playbill, "It’s sort of the same guiding force that guides me toward doing something in theatre that would guide me to something in film or TV: Do I care about this? Is it striking something in my heart?"
15. And finally, Andrew is actually "pretty desperate to get back to theatre," and he dreams of originating a Broadway role.
