Well, for a heckin' ton of Amazon reviewers, this pencil dress ($29.99) is IT. It's stretchy, sexy yet work-appropriate, and honestly looks like it could be by a much pricier designer label.

But really, it's the over 2,800 positive reviews that say it all — and of those, a whopping 2,200 are FIVE STAR ratings. And don't even get me started on the review photos — so many folks left pictures of themselves looking gorgeous, it was VERY difficult for me to pick just a few to show you in this post.
