How difficult it was to make healthy choices despite overwhelming cravings and no energy. I stuck to eating pineapple almost every day because I loved tart stuff. And I took the stairs almost every time instead of taking the elevator!
I have a couple. The first is the Half Baked Harvest cookbook by Tieghan Gerard. I've followed her food blog of the same name for years and I've never made anything bad by her, and the directions are really easy to follow.
