In proof that 2022 will be our saving grace from the last two years of pandemonium, the iconic Shrek-themed burlesque stage show, Shreklesque, has announced a huge, nation-wide tour across Australia and New Zealand.
The award-winning show premiered in Perth in 2020 as part of Fringe World and quickly became a cult-favourite — selling out shows in Brissy and Sydney. Honestly, I was pretty gutted to miss out.
But now, at long last, you too can satisfy your horny, swamp-based urges for seeing Shrek in tights with over a dozen shows scheduled for the 2022 tour!
Obvs Shrek himself is the main, sexy attraction, but you've also got an epic ensemble cast of characters, including Princess Fiona, Donkey, Gingerbread Man, Lord Farquaad and the horniest Dragon you ever laid eyes on.
