Disney Has Announced The Launch Date Of Their Streaming Service In Oz And I Am Counting Down The Days

Close the blinds, lock the door and light a candle for your social life.

Hear ye, hear ye, Disney fans! We officially have a launch date for the long-awaited Disney+ streaming service.

Disney have updated their Aussie website and announced that the service will be available from November 19 — which means you can kiss goodbye to any plans you've made to actually go outside this summer.

Aussies can cough up either $8.99 per month, or lock themselves in for a year at $89 — making Disney the most affordable streaming service on the market.

Everything from the latest Lion King and Aladdin, to Captain Marvel, Toy Story 4 and the Star Wars catalogue will be available to stream.

You'll be able to stream the service across Apple TV, Android TV, Playstation, Xbox, iOS, Chromecast and more.

So mark the date in your calendars, request your annual leave now and get ready to bunker down and consume all things Disney.

What are you most looking forward to streaming??
