Most homes in Oklahoma are made of brick actually, but I agree with PauperPrincess, cost is an issue as well. And way more homes have underground shelter than they used to, but it's still an issue. I don't see why they don't make it the law.

They also do the opposite, and say that it's safe when it's really not. That's why most people who advocate for natural foods also want laws to be changed so companies can't just say whatever they want, they should have to back up their claims.
