1. Joe Jonas dated Taylor Swift in 2008, and she later became friends with both him and his wife, Sophie Turner.
Since the news of Joe and Sophie's divorce broke, Taylor has seemingly grown even closer with Sophie, spending time with her on girls' nights out in NYC.

2. Speaking of Taylor, Taylor Lautner dated Taylor Swift in 2009 (and, of course, she wrote the sweet song "Back to December" about him). Over the summer this year, she invited both Taylor and his wife — also Taylor (or Tay for short) to her Eras Tour. The tale of three Taylors!
"I know on paper it sounds like a tough situation, but not once was I ever worried about it, because we’re confident in our relationship," Taylor reflected on his podcast about introducing his wife to his ex. "Tay’s the coolest, chillest person ever and she also is a die-hard fan of that person. And blonde girl Tay is the sweetest human being on Earth, so it kind of was just a perfect situation."
3. Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz were married from 1987–1993 and had a daughter, Zoë Kravitz, together. Lisa later married Jason Momoa in 2017 (they split in 2022) and during that time, Lenny and Jason grew extremely close. Even after Lisa and Jason split, Lenny called him his "brother for life."
"People can’t believe how tight Jason and I are, or how tight I still am with Zoë’s mom, how we all relate," Lenny told Men's Health. "As far as Jason and I? Literally, the moment we met, we were like, ‘Oh, yeah. I love this dude.'"
4. Chase Stokes and Madelyn Cline dated for about a year starting in 2020 after starring on Outer Banks together. Now, Chase is dating Kelsea Ballerini, who had a super sweet interaction with Madelyn when they were all at the 2023 VMAs.
Apparently, Madelyn and Kelsea hung out behind the scenes at the VMAs and when Madelyn shared some pictures from the night, the two had nothing but love for each other. Kelsea said she was "glad I finally got to hug your neck" with Madelyn responding, "so happy I got to squeeze you."
5. Orlando Bloom was married to Miranda Kerr from 2010–2013, and they share a son, Flynn, together. Orlando is currently engaged to Katy Perry, and they have a daughter, Daisy, together. According to Miranda, they're all a "blended family" along with her husband Evan Spiegel.
"We go on holidays together. We celebrate all the important milestones together.…I love her. I mean, it’d be safe to say that I love her more than Flynn’s dad," she said on the Moments With Candace Parker podcast. "He’s, like, to me right now, a brother. And most of the time, an annoying brother."
6. Demi Moore and Bruce Willis were married from 1987–2000 and share three daughters together — Rumer, Talulah, and Scout. Bruce has been remarried to his wife Emma Heming since 2009 and the pair have maintained a close friendship with Demi.
"I #SeeHer as family who I am honored to call a friend," Demi wrote in a 2021 Instagram post about Emma. "Our children are sisters and yet there is no name for what our family connection is to one another. We are mothers united, sisters bonded on this crazy adventure of life. Emma is a beautiful mother dedicated to her family, an absolutely gorgeous woman and now she can add business entrepreneur to her resume."
7. Will Smith was married to Sheree Zampino from 1992–1995 and they share a son, Trey Smith together. Will, of course, later married Jada Pinkett Smith.
While it was challenging navigating their blending family and the transition was difficult at first, they eventually "developed a really nice sisterhood" according to Jada during her Red Table Talk discussion with Sheree. The two are clearly on great terms now, given that they decided to discuss their relationship in a super candid way on the show.
8. Drew Barrymore was married to actor and art consultant Will Kopelman from 2012–2016 and they share two daughters together. Drew has been open about how well she gets along with Will's new wife, Alexandra Michler who works at Vogue Magazine.
9. Chris Martin was married to Gwyneth Paltrow from 2003–2016 and they share two kids together, Apple and Moses. Chris has been with Dakota Johnson since 2017, and after Chris and Gwyneth's "conscious uncoupling" it seems there's truly nothing but love between all of them.
"I love her," Gwyneth told Harper's Bazaar about Dakota.“I can see how it would seem weird because it’s sort of unconventional. But I think, in this case, just having passed through it iteratively, I just adore her. I always start to think of the ampersand sign — what else can you bring in, instead of being resistant to or being made insecure by? There’s so much juice in leaning into something like that."
10. And the positivity doesn't stop there — Chris is also on great terms with Gwyneth's husband Brad Falchuk, whom she married in 2018. Gwyneth periodically shares photos of the two together on Instagram.
11. Jimmy Kimmel and Sarah Silverman dated from 2002–2008. Jimmy then married actor Molly McNearny in 2013 and while it "took some time" according to Jimmy, the three are all on great terms now.
"She is incredibly funny and talented," Molly told Glamour about Sarah. "She's always so kind to me, she's so warm, and I just admire her on so many levels, personally and professionally. I think it's a great example that you don't have to cut your exes out of our life. They really have shaped you into who you are—and if you can keep them in your life, I think you should."
