43 Fun Subscription Boxes To Treat Yourself To Each Month

I'm not sure I'll ever stop daydreaming about the monthly cheese subscription.

We hope you love the products we recommend! All of them were independently selected by our editors. Just so you know, BuzzFeed may collect a share of sales or other compensation from the links on this page if you decide to shop from them. Oh, and FYI — prices are accurate and items in stock as of time of publication.

    1. Book of the Month, so when you finally score a moment of free time you can spend it reading something new. My apologies to your TBR stack that's about to grow exponentially.

bookofthemonth / Via, bookofthemonth / Via

I was gifted a year of Book of the Month for my birthday one year and to date it is one of the best things I've received. There are few things as satisfying as getting truly lost in the pages of a good book — and it'll provide for a great distraction for your mind if you've recently been stressed. Each month you'll be permitted to choose one of four books, all of which are different genres. Then the book you selected will be delivered to your door. Magic! Excuse me, I need to re-up my subscription.

Get a three month subscription from Book of the Month for $49.99.

    2. Pipsticks will hook you up with new stickers every month so you can adorn handwritten letters, laptop cases, planners, journals, and more.

The candles smell incredible, the jars/labels are soo aesthetically pleasing, and they're even packaged in reusable drawstring bags. I also appreciate the little card that comes in the box that explains the scent and gives you a lil' more info on the candlemaker so you can shop them directly for additional scents."

    35. Gobble meal kit subscription that'll deliver all the ingredients you need for a fantastic dinner to your doorstep and provide you with everything you'll need to know to take your cooking skills to the next level.

    Elizabeth Lilly / BuzzFeed

BuzzFeed editor Elizabeth Lilly tried out Gobble's meal kit and was enamored! She said:

"Behold my beautiful shrimp dish that I whipped up in a mere 20 minutes and even my southern mama (a tough critic who often feeds me veggies in fritters and bread) raved about! After my Gobble box delivered, I, naturally, was served a Facebook ad about Gobble with a promise of 15-minute meals. This recipe card for Honey Harissa Shrimp didn’t specifically say it would take me 15 minutes to make, but I timed it nonetheless (also I had about a ~45 minute window before my next meeting to cook and then eat). I was able to whip up this meal like a fire was lit underneath me (again, my schedule; plus I was on the verge of hanger) and clean up after myself on the way. The packing of individual ingredients were easy to open (not always the case with meal kits!) and there was plenty of the marinade left to drizzle over my plated lunch.

I rarely have dressing/sauces/condiments left over in meal kits because I like my food *really* saucy. So this was a wonderful little side benefit! Did I mention that this was my first time marinating shrimp? And this was probably only my third time actually even cooking shrimp! It also made two generous servings of lunch, even though my mom had mentally prepared to have to maybe fix herself something else for lunch. Out of other meal kits I’ve tried, I’ve definitely been left with meager portions (guilty parties rhyme with Stew Bacon). So score one for Gobble in comparison to basically other meal kit I've tried."

Get six meals from Gobble for $36.

    36. Birchbox, so you can try out big name brands without having to commit to full-size products! It's great for anyone who is picky about their makeup or relishes trying new items all the time.

    39. Atlas Coffee Club to bring aromatic, fresh beans from all over the world right to your coffee pot. Mmm, if you take a deep breath you can likely already smell those delectable beans.

Kayla Suazo / BuzzFeed, atlascoffeeclub / Via

My fellow BuzzFeed editor Kayla Suazo tried out Atlas Coffee Club and only had good things to say:

"My first observation after opening the box was the smell. It smells FAN-FREAKIN'-TASTIC. It also comes with sweet postcards from the cities where the batches are from, so the entire experience feels so lovely and personal. As for the coffee itself, it's heavenly. I am used to store-bought coffee — which, yes, is fine — but both of these tasted incredibly fresh and different from each other. The Peruvian coffee has this dark, almost chocolate taste to it, so I imagine it would be delicious with a morning sweet treat (maybe I should start eating pie every day?). The Colombian batch, on the other hand, was a little lighter roast-wise but still had delicious notes of rich sweetness. TL;DR: Both of them were incredible both in taste and quality."

Not yet convinced? Check out our full review of Atlas Coffee Club here!

Get a subscription to Atlas Coffee Club for $9+ (available in a half bag, single bag, or double bag and shipments every two or four weeks).

"I get this box every month and I cannot tell you how many incredible products I've discovered through it. I am super picky about the skincare and beauty products I use and they all need to be vegan, cruelty-free, and clean, so when I discovered this box, I was like...OK, I *need* this, like, yesterday.
