    PaprikaPaperie / Etsy

PaprikaPaperie is a small business based in Ballwin, Missouri that sells custom beer and wine labels as well as scratch-off cards.

    2. An acrylic vinyl holder to store some of their favorite records while also showing anyone who sets foot in your living room what great taste in music they have.

Promising review: "This item is the perfect addition to my record storage! I can easily flip through my favorite records without causing any damage to them. At first I didn't believe this would be strong enough to flip through up to 50 records and have them hold on the acrylic end piece. I was very wrong! This item is sturdy and strong. I started off just buying just one to see if I would like it and ended up getting another almost immediately. I have many different storage options for my vinyl and this is absolutely my current favorite!" —Kohl

Get it from Amazon for $24.99+ (available in six styles).

    3. A wireless charger that'll open up to reveal an array of cords to ensure they'll be able to charge any device anywhere at anytime. Welcome to the future, Dad.

the inside of the card with different wires and adaptors

Promising review: "I know everyone says this, but I REALLY don't usually write reviews — really! I generally order from Amazon and once the purchase arrives I forget about it. But this is truly a great item to have around. It's compact, has all the connections I need, has built-in wireless charging, supports micro SD cards so it can be used as storage, has a built-in light that's pretty bright — it's just so freakin' handy! Order an extra one for a buddy so you can nerd out ." —Alex

Get it from Amazon for $36.

    4. A Lego version of the classic Nintendo system they likely had as a kid — now they can build it (dare I say, with their kid?) and display it in their office proudly.

the lego NES system next to a lego tv and game cartridge

Promising review: "This is the first Lego set I have ever put together. I bought it because I grew up in the (now) retro video game age and thought this would be a really cool item to display in my home office. What an incredible piece of nostalgia! It took me two mostly full days to complete, which was actually a real pleasure to do. At first, I just wanted to get to the end to see the final product in person, but as I got lost in the moment putting it together, I actually wanted to slow down because it was so therapeutic I didn't want it to end. As others have mentioned, the item was shipped with no outside packaging, so if you are ordering this as a collector's item, I wouldn't do it through Amazon. But if, like me, you just want a really cool piece of nostalgia, I recommend this 100%." —Norcalsurf

Get it from Amazon for $229.95.

    5. A ReadeREST they'll clip onto their shirt and hopefully stop asking you "have you seen my glasses?" every half hour.

    The Grommet

Promising review: "I frequently lose my glasses every year. Glasses necklaces break, the glasses slip out of my pocket. This holder looked interesting so I thought I would give it a try. After a month, I still have my glasses and am beginning to trust the holder to not let them go. I would recommend this product to others who suffer from the same eyeglass-losing syndrome I am have. So far, so good." —Nancy

Get a pack of two from Amazon for $18.99, or The Grommet for $10 (available in four styles).

a model holding the handheld theragun tool
    therabody / Via

I have one of these bad boys and it has honestly been a game changer. When I posted on my Instagram that I had received one, the responses I got were WILD. People are PASSIONATE about this gadget and now I understand why. I've used it on the arches of my feet and have way less pain than ever before. The nozzle at the end contracts at a high speed (think, a tiny punching machine) that surprisingly doesn't hurt but leaves your body buzzing in a good way. At thise point I've gotten one for my sister, my parents, and my in-laws who are all in love with this gadget.

Don't be intimidated by its appearance. It's simple to use and extremely effective. It feels similar to managing a hand mixer — weird, but true. In my opinion, it's worth the money and it actually does work.

Promising review: "I received a Mini as a gift from my daughter last Christmas and LOVE it. It helps my sore muscles, aches, and pain a great deal. It’s small, lightweight and not noisy, I take it every where I go. Bought one recently as a gift to my brother for his birthday so we can spread the love and help his aching body." —Po W.

    9. A pack of super-strong magnets Dad can attach to the top of your fridge to ensure their drink of choice is *always* refreshingly cold without taking up space for leftovers.,

Promising review: "Of all the things I have bought that I didn't need, this is one of my favorites. Beer is hard to get out of the cardboard carrier in the top of my fridge. While just taking them out and sitting them on the shelf would have solved this problem as well, this solution is more fun. They float and technically it does make a tiny bit of extra space under the beer for small things like cheese or something." —AbbyValentine

Get a set of two strips (six magnets) from Amazon for $29.99.

Promising review: "Seriously, I have been repairing small electronics for decades now, over 30 dang years, and I will say this is probably the best deal and collection you can get for simple to even complicated repairs. It has a crapload of bits, but essentially everything you will need as opposed to the next larger offering, though I am still considering getting that for my dungeon downstairs. I keep this upstairs literally in the kitchen since a lot of impromptu repairs occur at the dining room table, but I have not been let down. This is top-notch/quality material and manufacturing. It not only feels comfortable but is also very strong, and bits do not let go of screws. It has a great deal of bits too, 64 in fact. It pretty much covers all the phone and laptop screws you will encounter and even has some socket ones too. Nice touch." —Riboild

Get it from Amazon for $34.99.

    11. A set of LED light saber chopsticks they'll probably misplace in their utensil drawer but then have the opportunity to exclaim "THESE are the ones I've been looking for!" once they finally find them., Emma Lord / BuzzFeed

Promising review: "I purchased these for a friend's birthday present (he is a sushi waiter) and these are flippin' AMAZING. I ordered two sets by mistake, but I am totally keeping the second pair for another gift (or for myself!). These are sure to be great conversation pieces and attention-getters. Way to go!" —T. With a single click any gamer will be able to cycle through two different devices without having to unplug ANYTHING. Convenience is key, people.

Promising review: "I purchased this splitter for use with my television and a PlayStation Vita TV console and Nintendo Wii U console. I ran out of ports, so a splitter seemed to be the perfect solution, much better than unplugging devices every time I needed to switch. This product is simple to use: plug the two sources into one side and the output location in the other, and you're done! It can also be used to split one device to two locations, like displaying a video game or television show on two different monitors. There is a small button you press in the center of the splitter to switch between the output selections. The video quality was good on the display even though it is going through the splitter. Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone who runs out of HDMI ports on their television. I didn't find any flaws with the product. 5/5 stars." —Zero Ehxe

The screen can literally be detached and used as a touchscreen — which is pretty awesome for anyone looking to take notes on the go or wants to draw with the tablet in their lap. I've been using it to play The Sims; aka my greatest test for any computer. The fact I can play it without the computer fully blowing up or canceling the game on me is something I haven't been able to enjoy in years. I move it to the center of the room and it’s perfect, I don’t generally need to turn it all the way up. The sound is best if you are sitting at the same level as the speaker. Promising review: "This thing is great. Cheaper than smaller versions in auto parts stores, secures everything I have thrown at it. Just went out to test the magnet's strength due to another reviewer saying it couldn’t hold much, and it held a ball-peen hammer, a 10-inch socket wrench, two 10-inch crescent wrenches, a couple sockets/extensions, and some screws (tray mounted sideways). The tray obviously wasn’t designed to hold things that large but just wanted to test its abilities (and I’m sure it could hold more). Does a fine job, highly recommended." —KW

    41. Dynamic CAT Footwear sneakers for anyone who is on their feet constantly and needs the utmost support — these sneaks are certainly not messin' around.

a chunky white sneaker with black and yellow accents and a thick tread on the bottom
    catfootwear / Via

CAT is my brother-in-law's all-time favorite brand. He works for a water company and can often be found working in his own backyard on an array of projects — these are the only shoes that have held up to how hard he is on his feet.

Promising review: "I'm on my feet a lot. I need a shoe with support and a sole that can hit a concrete floor 15,000 steps a day. I love the chunky sole on this shoe. I'm short, so it helps the height deficit! But the sole really takes a hammering and keeps the stress off the rest of my body. I ordered a size 7.5 wide which is usually what I wear. I was able to fit my custom orthotics comfortably into the shoe. I expect they will last longer than the year I get out of other high priced sneakers." —Susan Murray

    42. Kan Jam, an outdoor flying disc toss game that'll start as a casual game of catch and most likely evolve into a SUPER competitive battle for greatness.

My friends have been playing this at the beach since we were in high school — it's always been a big hit. The rules are quite simple: break into two pairs but position yourselves across from one another. Then all you have to do is aim your flying disc toss at the "kan." If your teammate deflects the frisbee to hit the kan, you get one point. If the disc hits the kan on its own, that is two points. If your teammate taps the frisbee into the kan that's three points. If by some lucky chance you throw the disc RIGHT INTO THE SLOT, you win!

Promising review: "New game for the family! I was not familiar with bocce, but saw this pop up on Amazon and thought it looked like fun to try. Came in a nice little case, and I found as long as I left the cardboard in the case it kept it sturdy. Balls are nice-looking, and have held up after many games. This game reminds me a lot of bowling-miniature bowling. Fun family game!" —D.D.

Promising review: "Due to the pandemic that limits outdoor activities. I decided to look for an indoor cardio workout machine and end up getting the Echelon bike.
