It's that time again – Big Mouth is back!

The sixth season dropped over the weekend – here are all the new characters and the hilarious actors behind them!

Brian Tyree Henry – Elijah

Elijah's the newest kid at Bridgeton Middle and Missy's got her eye on him. He's quirky, cool, and very dedicated to his faith. This isn't Brian's first voice role – he's the guy behind Into the Spider-Verse's Jefferson Davis – and if you're an Atlanta fan, you'll know him as Paper Boi.

Tyler, the Creator – Jesus Christ

I'm sure you don't need an introduction here: Jesus is pretty well known. He makes an Earthy appearance when Elijah finds himself with some soul-searching questions. If you know about the discourse around Tyler and his music over the years, you'll appreciate this casting.

Peter Capaldi – Seamus McGregor

In a DNA test-related surprise, Nick tracks down his long-lost granddad. Peter ( AKA the Twelfth Doctor) lends his distinct voice to the unfatherly, nipple twisting champion Seamus.

Chris O'Dowd – Flanny O'lympic

If you watched Human Resources, you'll already know that Flanny's a dedicated lovebug, and his skills are very much put to the test when he's assigned to Andrew.

Juliet Mills – Rita St. Swithens

Another Human Resources resident here – Rita is The Shame Wizard's mum! She pays the kids of Bridgeton Middle a visit, (naturally) bringing along a huge portion of shame along as as unwelcome gift.

Cole Escola – Montel

If you didn't watch the spin-off, you may not be aware that Connie and Maury were expecting. As soon as Maury gives birth, Montel wastes no time working on becoming the best hormone monster in training, educating Jessi on gender binaries and serving some great one-liners.

Jeff Goldblum – The Apple Brooch

The Apple Brooch is basically the Apple Watch's flashier (and less useful) cousin. He's a status symbol for anyone lucky enough to own one, and thanks to the dulcet tones of Jeff Goldblum, does a great job of making everyone want one.

Annaleigh Ashford – The Rice Purity Test

This singing-dancing test surveys the kids on just how salacious their lives are, so it's rather fitting that she's voiced by Betty from Masters of Sex. Naturally, the results of her test wreak havoc throughout the school – feel free to take the test yourself if you fancy it.

Bros 4 Life

These guys are the early '00s boyband that no one asked for – they're (pro-life) BFFs who hooked up with Lola's mum back in the day, and now they're in Bridgeton for some Mamma Mia style fathering.
