It's an undisputed fact that Gilmore Girls is a truly iconic television show.
But what would happen if all of Rory and Lorelai's crazy adventures took place in Australia?
It's kind of obvious, isn't it? If Gilmore Girls was set in Australia, the two Gilmore girls would actually be Kath and Kim - our country's most iconic mother-daughter duo.
If you really think about it, it makes a lot of sense.
Both television shows follow the lives of two quick-witted mothers and their classy AF daughters, as they try and ~figure things out~.
Each character is a savvy, independent woman who doesn't take much shit - especially when it comes to advice about their relationship status.
Although all four ladies can be a little self-centered at times.
Or, like, a lot of the time.
With the help of their wonderful mothers, both Rory and Kim learn the ways of the world. They are granted answers to life's biggest questions - like when it's suitable to go without undies in public...
...and when to admit retail defeat and ask someone more qualified for help.
Nobody in either show is afraid of a little celebratory snack.
Though the treats in Kath and Kim are obviously far superior thanks to their ~Australian twist~.
