    Cassie: Yay! I drink tea all day every day. Put it in a drip and feed it straight into my veins please.

    Cassie: About 7pm usually, any later is a late night snack.

    Guillermo: 9pm can still be considered an early dinner.

    9. Does it really rain lots in Britain?

    Cassie: It rains so so much, legend has it Britain angered Poseidon years ago and we are now pay the price every single day.

    Guillermo: I have always been quite lucky with the weather when visiting you!

    10. Is it always sunny in Spain?

    Guillermo: Galicia, Cantabria, Asturias and The Basque Country are a little rainier, but yes, overall, we have an amazing weather. August can be a little too much, though.

    Cassie: Of course it is, that's why everyone from Britain moves there.

    Guillermo: Not at all, although I was taught how to dance the chotis –Madrid's regional dance– when I was a child.

    Cassie: Yes, when I watch Strictly Come Dancing I get really into it and think I can paso.

    Cassie: Love them, you can't beat chippy chips. They're best smothered in curry sauce and ketchup.

    Guillermo: Sorry, but if you have to smother your food in curry and ketchup, it's probably not worth it.

    Guillermo: I had that once. Hated it. Things that look like marmalade should taste like fucking marmalade.

    Cassie: This is Marmite and it's whole brand is that you either love it or hate it. I love it. Since Brexit the fate of Marmite has been uncertain and it's been a trying time for Britain.

    Guillermo: She's your queen. She's like a gazillion years old and you get an Oscar if you portray her. Has a thing for hats.

    Cassie: This is our queen, she's very much like Marmite, you either love her or hate her. She doesn't really do loads, but to be fair to her she has an impressive wave.

    Guillermo: He's Felipe VI. He's been our king since 2014 but I still call him Prince Felipe because old habits die hard. A couple of days ago he attended the opening of a Campofrío factory.

    Cassie: Ok, so I remember learning this in geography, here we go: Great Britain is an island made up of Scotland, England and Wales, while the UK is a country made up of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. I hope I got that right.

    Cassie: I know that Catalonia speaks Catalan and they want independence, but I don't actually know the difference.

    Cassie: This is the tube and since moving to London I have become reliant on it. It is a sticky hell in the summer and must be avoided at all costs.

    Guillermo: In Spain, it's called the Metro and, at least in Madrid, it works pretty well. It is also the place where teenagers throw up during the night.

    Guillermo: They are, without any doubt, our greatest cultural achievement. And I am not talking on behalf of the Spanish people, I am talking on behalf of the human race.

    Cassie: I'm 100% on board with naps, I wish it was our cultural norm.
