First find an image or two that is appropriate for your post, and precede to download them to your device. Before you insert them, you can edit on text or do the thing BuzzFeed does using BeFunky (app/website). Next, there should be a white box above where it asks if you want to add a tag, saying "Insert a thumbnail" or something similar. Press on that, insert your image, and crop it for both standard and wide how you'd like post viewers to see it. Press save.
