34 Skincare Products You'll Use So Often It'll Make The Rest Of Your Collection Jealous

An exfoliating gel cleanser, vitamin C serum, and more skincare goods that won't stay on a shelf for long.

    1. Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patches cover blemishes, so you can stop picking and touching pimples on your face. Place one of these babies on a zit overnight and let it lift all the gunk out. No more popping or squeezing breakouts whenever your skin is inflamed or using a ton of products to get rid of 'em.

Promising review: "Pretty much the greatest enemy your pimples will ever have. These patches are fantastic and I wish I'd discovered them sooner. They suck the gross life juice out of pimples and help them heal more quickly and cleanly; they've probably cut the life of most of my pimples in half at least. They are also a great way to keep myself from picking, a bad habit which only makes pimples worse. They are very easy to use and, in my opinion, a great low-cost option. The one thing I will say: I have found they only work successfully on pimples with heads. Any big nodules that don't have a discernible head aren't likely to be affected by these. Still, I recommend these to everyone who ever complains about an annoying pimple!" —Jen Kenworthy

    2. Or these larger Mighty Patches diminish multiple zits on your jawline, back, and neck. These hydrocolloid strips absorb pus and can minimize the appearance of breakouts within SIX HOURS. They'll also stay on your skin and won't come off until you're ready for them to, thanks to durable tapered edges.

Each strip is 2 inches long, so they can cover and draw pus from multiple zits at a time!

Promising review: "Amazing. Started to break out badly/painfully on my shoulders. Deep zits that covered a lot of surface. Used these overnight to calm my skin down and was floored at how much they pulled out. The large one didn’t even seem that big from the surface. Patches provided so much relief." —CW

BuzzFeed editor Natalie Brown swears by this sunscreen and said: "I've been using this sunscreen at least once daily since my mom gifted it to me Christmas 2020, and have every intention to keep using it for years. A dime-size amount covers my entire face, because it's translucent it leaves absolutely no white cast, and 10 minutes after putting it on, my face just feels like I applied a little bit of a nice moisturizer or makeup primer, not anything that's grease-central, like sunscreen usually is." Promising review: "I had read so many reviews about this serum and I was skeptical to buy and I am so happy that I did! This serum works wonders on my skin. I had slight hyperpigmentation on my face and I do have acne scars, my skin looked dull and lacked moisture, after I applied this serum everyday in the morning my skin looks so better than before. My pigmentation is reduced, my skin looks fresh and moisturized. My acne scars are the same, but I think that I will use it for more months to see the difference. I have this moisturizer and let me tell you, it's probably one of the best moisturizers I've added to my skincare routine. Previously, I've tried a bunch of moisturizers that were either too creamy, greasy, or heavy on my skin. However, this one absorbs well *and* gently takes care of dry spots on my face. I use a cleanser first, apply a serum, and then layer this soothing formula on top. My skin feels smoother, doesn't flake as much, and looks brighter!

Promising review: "I love this stuff! It's one of the only foundations that my dermatologist lets me use that actually covers anything. The other noncomedogenic foundations I have tried hardly cover anything. You can use a little for light coverage or use a lot for full coverage. I've applied it with a sponge, brush, and silicone sponge and it worked great with all. It even works fine if you just apply it with your fingers. I have extremely acne-prone skin and it does not make me break out. It also has salicylic acid in it which helps with breakouts." —Kindle Customer

I highly recommend for the fact that it made my arms smooth for the first time in like 30 years." —Amazon Customer

I have SUPER-oily skin (and cystic acne which I have the scars to show for) and this makes me feel so fresh and even calms down active pimples/acne. I went to the harshest lighting to REALLY show all the oil LOL don't judge me! (but if you're here you probably struggle with the same thing. Oil slicks unite!) But as you can see it truly removes all of the oil, and keeps it that way for several hours. Very cute design too and really easy to use and keep anywhere with you. Amazing price for what it does. BuzzFeed writer Jasmin Sandal loves these little masks and said: "I decided to put these golden gems to the test after coming off of a red-eye flight with practically no sleep. After cooling them off in the fridge (which is what was suggested on the packet), I applied them to my purpley, puffy eyes, and...w-o-w. Not only did I feel like I was receiving some kind of royal treatment (because, gold), but after 20 minutes, my under-eyes appeared brighter and any fine lines that were once lingering had vanished! After wearing these I didn't feel compelled to apply concealer either, which is usually my go-to to disguise dark circles — and I even felt confident enough to go bare-faced for the rest of the day."

Promising review: "As someone whom has tried too many under-eye products, these little patches definitely do what you want them to do: depuff, minimize the dark circles, and moisturize incredibly well. I pop mine in the fridge so they are nice and cool when I need them. While a bit too expensive for an everyday part of your routine, they are great for when you want to look your best or when you’ve had a late night or lack of sleep. They are easy to use, smell great, and they stay on your face so you can multitask while wearing them." —Sean Bell

I tried it on my 42-year-old skin and when you scrub it into your face it removes dirt, cleans pores and it's amazing. I was hesitant to get a big bottle of something without trying it out first, but this ended up being a win. I use it in the morning after a quick wash. It's recommended that you use this in the a.m..: apply a tiny pump to your dry face and neck after cleansing your skin. It's also important to layer sunscreen on top after application!

During the winter, my skin is more red, dry, and dull. Typically I don't do much for my daytime skin routine except cleanse and put on sunscreen, because my skin is on the more sensitive side. I decided to try this serum and I'm so glad I did! After a few days of using it, I noticed my forehead and cheeks looked a little brighter and my skin texture wasn't as rough. Plus, it was gentle enough to add to my routine without causing irritation or redness. (Note: You *do* need to mix this formula before using it; I found the instructions included in the package very easy to follow and I didn't have any issues mixing the liquid serum base and the 15% l-ascorbic acid powder together before applying it to my skin.)

    31. Sol by Jergens Deeper by the Drop Self Tanning Drops combines with your go-to moisturizer to give your skin a sun-kissed glow that's subtle and customizable. It's oil free, lightweight, and doesn't leave noticeable streaks when you apply it to your arms and legs.

Promising review: "This stuff works great! I am very fair-skinned and have always had problems with sunless tanners looking too orange on me. I applied in the afternoon and didn’t notice any change in color. I was becoming a bit skeptical as it says within hours. The next morning however I woke up to a perfect tan glow. Not too dark not orange just right for a fair skinned person looking to have a little bit of color without having to spend hours in the sun. I can not comment on how long the color lasts as this is my first application, but I am very happy with my results and highly recommend." —Stephanie

Promising review: "I bought this and the dry skin moisturizer and they are the best! My lips have never been so soft, acne scars are fading, and fine lines are less noticeable, and just under a week of use. If I were to use this under makeup I would avoid the eyelid area and wait at least 30 minutes before applying any base products. Seriously, don't wait on this stuff!" —martina11
