Resistance bands that won't slip, soft high-rise leggings, and more gear you'll adore for your fitness routine.
Promising review: "This stuff really is awesome. It really works and I don't know where it has been all my life. I started looking for something for thigh chafing after running into a few issues (not fun). It is super easy to use, just slide it on like you'd use deodorant." —Amazon Customer

These leggings also help keep plastic bottles out of landfills. According to Girlfriend Collective, each pair of High-Rise Pocket Leggings is made with 79% RPET and 21% spandex.
Promising review: "I'm not usually one for reds, but I couldn't resist with this gorgeous color. It's more earthy than a raspberry and not bad for someone who usually looks red and splotchy in reds. The pocket leggings are great for keeping track of my headphones during a workout, my wallet on a run, or keeping your phone where it needs to be. —Girlfriend Collective Customer

It comes with a pair of Slide Mittens, a pair of Slide Booties (fits sizes 5–11), and one pack of ArmorAll Board Wipes for post-workout cleanup.
The Brrrn board requires sliding movements (watch this tutorial video for a detailed demo) and it works multiple body areas, including arms, legs, and the core.
You can also subscribe to Brrrn's on-demand workout classes (Bootcamp, Cardio Sculpt, Yoga, Recovery, Intro To Slide, and so much more!) for $14.99 per month. Sign up for a subscription here.
Promising review: "The Brrrn board is very well made and a great workout. I live in a small apartment and the board is easy to store, which was a big selling point for me. I am still getting used to sliding, but the Brrrn app is a wonderful tool that will guide you on the basics of sliding. I really enjoy the motion of sliding and it is low impact, great for those times when you need to be kind to your joints. Don't let the low impact aspect fool you. Sliding on the board will get you in the sweat zone quickly and you will work multiple muscle groups." —S.P.

Promising review: "This yoga strap feels strong and well made, and I love the green color. It isn't scratchy at all, and is easy to grip on to during poses. Previously I’d been using a robe belt as a makeshift yoga strap, which worked alright but the belt was stretchy and wasn’t suitable for all poses. This strap has no give, and I’m quite pleased with it." —Amazon Customer

Each dumbbell weighs 2.3 pounds alone and comes with four weight blocks (each weigh 0.55 pounds). If you want to increase weight, it's so easy: just add a weight block to each side of the dumbbell and you'll be good to go!
Promising review: "I had been looking at these weights for a while. I wanted something adjustable because I don't have the room for much. One side of each handle has one big weight and eight small ones. You can add or take away whatever you want and they don't flop or slide around. I haven't weighted them but I think you can definitely make more weight combinations than they listed. Well worth the money!" —ErinR

Promising review: "These are a cleverly designed set of barbells that lets me easily adjust the weight. The weights increase in 2.5-pound increments from 2.5 pounds up to 15 pounds. They come with a tray for both storing the weights when not in use and also holding the plates that are not being used. I like not having to have individual bar weights in each of these sizes. It is a real money saver and space saver. They are comfortable to use and generally really terrific weights." —Eagle

Another cool feature of this FlipBelt is that it's reflective, so it'll be helpful if you run in low visibility conditions. Love running on trails with wet branches and mud? No problem, because you can throw the FlipBelt in the washing machine when you're done working out.
Promising review: "Love my FlipBelt. It fits my iPhone 7 that has an OtterBox on it, and did not budge once during my 6-mile run. At the four-mile mark, I even tried adjusting it because I thought there's no way this thing is staying in place so well, and it was still in the exact same spot as when I started my run. I also noticed I was able to run faster than usual and I think it's because I wasn't concentrating on holding my phone with its massive case on it. If you're in between sizes, I suggest going a size down. Can't wait to wear this for my upcoming half-marathons in the fall!" —kel07

Need weights during your next barre session? No problem, because this bar comes with six dumbbell racks at the bottom that'll fit 1-pound, 2-pound, and 3-pound weights.
Promising review: "I didn’t have a chair that’s the proper height so I decided to try this alternative. I like that it is stable enough to use during the workout, but still light enough to pick up and move out of the way when switching between barre and floor exercises. It is bulky, but it easily folds up. It still takes up space when folded, but can fit in a closet, under a bed or even behind our couch. Glad I ordered because I can properly do the workouts now." —Amazon Customer

Promising review: "These are a nice add-on to my exercise routine. I primarily use the black and red bands which are the most resistance. The two lightest bands offer almost no resistance at all. I use these bands during my squats and lunges, but I love using them to exercise while doing other things like housecleaning. Basically anything I'm doing now can become an exercise once I add a couple bands." —Heph N.

I find both walking and jogging on the Treadly 2 Pro so easy and enjoyable. Having this treadmill is great, because I can exercise without having to go outside (I live in upstate NY where it's still a little cold during the spring months) or move furniture around my apartment. It doesn't even matter that it "only" goes up to a jogging speed, I *still* feel sweaty after spending time on it. Read more about this foldable treadmill in my Treadly 2 Pro review.

Promising review: "Nothing has been helping. From running, to walking uphill both ways to work (yes, this is possible), to wearing heels all day, my calves were tight. Nothing has been working. This roller was a godsend. I actually have more mobility after using it than traditional stretching, and I think there was a knot in each calf that it worked out. This is a must-have." —Raven

Promising review: "I like to run a lot (specially long distances) and I do HIIT every day, so a high impact sport bra is a necessity. I had the idea that in order to get a good sport bra that works for me, I needed to spend a lot of money and I was used to spend twice (or even more) for a bra that did half the job that this one does. It’s comfortable to wear (and easy to take off after working out) and as soon as you put it on you will feel that everything is in place and makes you feel good." —Amazon Customer

Promising review: "This bike is easy to assemble, which works out good for a person like me who is not very patient. I like the color too, it sort of adds an accent in my house with this black and red color, but it is not too big to take too much space in the house (that was my worry before we assembled it). It is comfortable to ride on, enough padding on the seat, and definitely an excellent tool to workout and burn some extra calories! " —Elaine

I looked up a diagram of musculature online, and it corresponded precisely with the trapezius muscles.
