Promising review: I cannot explain how good this feels when your using it! It relaxes you and for sure is better than just using your fingertips to shampoo your hair. It actually goes down to the roots and makes sure that it gets into all the spots it can to clean your hair. I can tell you right now that my hair has never felt more smoother than after I started using this product. I would definitely recommend this!" —Romie Patel

Promising review: "My new favorite wineglass! I was given a set of the grey wine freeze cups as a gift and I love them so I saw they had other colors and bought this one. My biggest pet peeve with regular wineglasses is that the wine goes back to room temperature too quickly. These cups keep frozen for hours so you can have multiple glasses of wine and keep the bottle out instead of in the refrigerator. I love the color on this one too!" —Amazon Customer

People in the reviews are also singing its praises for reducing the size of their pores! Many of them advise mixing the mask with apple cider vinegar for best results.
Promising review: "I woke up with six tiny pimples on my right cheek this morning. This was delivered today so I decided to give it a try. Mixed with water, left on for 10-15 minutes. The pimples are gone. I’ve never bought a product that has had such immediate results. This is magic. I can’t believe I waited so long to buy it." —Samantha Jensen

The only thing better than a portable chair is, in fact, a portable rocking chair — and this one comes with its own drink holder!
Promising review: "Bought this for my husband after I had bought one for myself. Absolutely love this chair! I have a hard time sitting still so it's great that I can rock back and forth while sitting! Very comfortable to sit in for hours on end. The cup holder is a little flimsy as it's made out of fabric. Works fine for bottles of water or pop. These chairs have been a hit with our friends and family! I have been recommending to everyone to buy this chair! Easy to fold up and carry around. Not too heavy to move or haul." —Ashley

Promising review: "This thing is MAGIC! I purchased because of the copious other reviews and BuzzFeed articles that sang praises about it. I have zero regrets about this purchase. I love being able to make Eggo-sized protein waffles in less than five minutes in the morning. I’ve used it to reheat small sandwiches, make mini quesadillas, and make waffle sandwiches. It’s easy to clean and there aren’t any fancy bells and whistles to learn — you just plug it in, wait for the light to turn on, pour in your batter, close and wait for the light to turn off." —Peachy Kween

This is also the perfect solution for anyone who wants to get some exercise in but also doesn't want to be bored to tears. Some perfect driveway/indoor quarantine fun!
Promising review: "Skip balls were one of my favorite toys as a child and I took a notion to buy one for my kids to add to our outdoor toys. It was hilarious to watch them try to figure it out... at first they thought it was a punching ball! After I showed them how it worked, they took right to it. It was a little difficult to get the momentum going until I discovered that you can shorten the rope. You can do this without cutting the rope so that it can be adjusted later if you need to. It’s a great, classic toy and we have had a lot of fun with it." —Eagle

Promising review: "I’ve always had trouble sleeping ever since I can remember. I move around a lot, twist and turn and take sometimes HOURS to fall asleep — even then my sleep tended to be very poor. I would find that putting multiple blankets or pillows would help, because of the weight, so I decided to give this product a try. Ever since I started to use this blanket I’ve had a lot less trouble falling asleep and STAYING asleep until I need to wake up for work. This definitely helps with anxiety and insomnia issues; I guess it makes me feel secure/safer. It’s definitely worth it!!" —Natalie Galindo

Promising review: "Smells wonderful! I am thinking the artisan knew exactly what Mr Darcy must have smelled like because the scent is perfect! :-) Not too sweet or cloying, as some candles can be, not overpowering but strong enough to fill the area nicely. Great purchase — arrived very quickly!" —Cheryl Rooney
Get it from Forage Candle on Etsy for $22.
Promising review: "Finally an easy way to light candles without a dangerous open flame. This is also child proof because you have to turn on a very small switch at the bottom of the lighter. Then you slide the top switch with your thumb to light the candle. I noticed also that if you push it too far into the candle wick it shuts off. This is a hidden safety feature for fingers. Also, the wand is attractive on the table." —James Marino

Promising review: "Perfection! A challenge but still a lot of fun! My 21-year-old daughter and I worked on this off and on during the COVID shelter in place. Working occasionally now and then when boredom struck it took us about three days. My husband ( big fan of the show) insisted we glue it. I plan to add some small magnets and hang it on the fridge in his man cave." —Kristin Lee

The snacks in each of these are all a little varied, based on supply and season (they're careful not to ship anything that might melt too much between May and October), but the photo is an approximation of how many and what kind of snacks to anticipate.
Promising review: "Real nicely put together assortment of snacks! I purchased these for my brothers who are food junkies for Christmas and I know they’re going to love these! All the items were still shelf safe and nicely packed into this box. Looks like a really fun snack assortment as both of mine had candy, cookies and crackers. The box is cute and well made, they did a really nice job designing it! Very giftable with how cute they made it. The box looks small-ish maybe but they pack a lot of snacks into that little box. There was an insert that came with a discount code on the next purchase in both of them as well, so that’s nice if my brothers decide to get another one! Overall really great purchase, I plan on buying one for my hubby for his stocking!" —Taylor S.

Bonus: it also holds cans, so you can pop in a LaCroix or enjoy a shower PBR, if you're feeling yourself.
Promising review: Such a simple idea, how is this just coming into my life now? I didn't think showers could get any better but now I have a brew/wine within reach at all times. Really helps take the edge off after a long day. The thing is way sturdier than you'd expect, I've tugged on it and it's not going anywhere. The slotted design allows you to use stemmed wineglasses too. A truly perfect product. This $13 piece of plastic is working as hard as my therapist and I stan." —Steven

All you have to do is add generic kernels + whatever oils or butters you feel in your heart, and you'll be raring to go.
Promising review: "This is a fast, effective and low-cost means to prepare popcorn. I got tired of paying a premium for microwave popcorn packets at the grocery. I didn’t want another appliance on my counter to air pop either. This was the perfect solution. I use inexpensive bulk popping corn, no oil or salt and I don’t have to worry about the metal in the microwave popcorn bags that gets extremely hot and scorches the upside down paper plate I have to put under the microwave bag each time. Plus, weren’t we told not to put anything metal in the microwave anyway? I pull the Salbree out, expand it and add one-quarter cup of popping corn kernels in the base to the full line. I put it in the microwave for three-plus minutes and listen for the kernels to stop popping. Using the cool handles I lift it out of the microwave, give it a minute to cool and add just enough butter to give it flavor. Then I eat right out of the same bowl I cooked in. When done I dump out the few kernels that didn’t pop. I wash it out with dish soap and hot water, let it dry and then put it away for next time. Economical, safe, less oil and salt and only one bowl to clean. No new appliance and no metal in the microwave. Pure genius. A great value." —RobG

Perhaps most importantly for anyone out there planning to go full Leslie Knope on these is that they're designed not to bleed through thin pages!
Promising review: "I have dabbled with bullet journaling and love using my Rocketbook products to take notes during meetings, but for my weekly planners, the pens that are compatible with Rocketbook just weren't cutting it. These pens are smooth and quick-drying (essential for a lefty!) and the colors are vibrant and bright. I love how thin the tips are, it makes fitting all of my notes neatly in planner a possibility! Having 18 colors to choose from gives me simple joy when it comes to planning my day, and they help to organize my thoughts and color code categories. I'm pleasantly surprised by even how well the 'Lake Blue' color pops, I had been thinking it was going to be nice for adding emphasis to outlining boxes etc, but it's bright enough to be easy to read on white paper!! Wonderful product!" —Katie

The question is less what can you put it on and more what *can't* you put it on. Reviewers mention salads, burritos, eggs, burgers, sandwiches, and steak. It's also keto- and paleo-friendly and gluten-free, if your friend has dietary preferences/restrictions.
Promising review: "So good. Favorable and just a mild hot, it's really good on anything that needs a little something — eggs, beans and rice, etc. Not a 'hot sauce' as much as a flavor enhancer. And, name aside, not really avocado in flavor; the avocado base just provides a little creamier, smoother, richer base for the spiciness. I can see people who don't like avocados still liking this sauce." —Jennifer

Promising review: "Makes perfect cookies every time. In fact, I have been accused of bringing the best 'store bought' cookies that a person has ever tried (because no one can make the same size cookies every time). When cookies are the same size and thickness, all cook evenly! I recently left my scoop with grandchildren because they didn't have one. Little hands can handle the scoop and release action. This is my third reorder because I don't want to be without one!!!" —Avid Reader

I, a certified Lazy Individual (TM), own one of these babies and have faithfully used it every week for upward of two years. Perfectly medium-boiled eggs every time. I even bought one for my parents so I could spread its majesty to them as well (but also mostly so I could use it when I come to visit, if we're being real). Some reviews note that the alarm on it is a little loud, but the new models have significantly decreased the volume!
Promising review: "Where has this been all my life?! This little gadget has really made my life easier! No more having to stand around keeping an eye on the water to be boiling just right. Just turn this little baby on and go about your business until the adorable music comes on to alert you that it's done. I've gotten perfect hard boiled eggs every time! Just please be sure to follow the directions to pierce the eggs with the included needle. It is surprisingly easy! I highly recommend this item!!" —BeautyBird

In fact, if you are looking for an immediate LOL, please head straight to the review images of this little gizmo — pages and pages of kitty cats losing their marbles. It is goodness and absurdity and light.
Promising review: "Our cat doesn't care about most toys. We have a screeching bird on a string plushie toy, and she will, at best, half-heartedly lope after it for 1-2 minutes at a time before getting bores. She doesn't care about anything that buzzes, squeaks, rattles, or crinkles. This toy was suggested when I bought another cat produce, and I thought why not? Especially for the price? Well, it's MAGICAL. I have no idea how or why it works — it does seem to mimic the movement of an insect, which she loves to chase. She LEAPS and runs for this toy, which she never does. In short: for a price like this, you absolutely have to buy it." —Emily Blair

Psst — if you're looking for some ~me time~ inspo, BuzzFeed assembled a list of copycat air fryer recipes you can make in lockdown, including copycat McDonald's fries, copycat KFC biscuits, and copycat Taco Bell crunch wraps.
Promising review: "I have been thinking of getting an air fryer for a while now. The price point and the comments regarding customer service finally pushed me to purchase this fryer. Best cooking gadget I have ever purchased! I have had it for four days and have used it every day! I have made fries, fish, shrimp, potatoes, and bacon in this marvel! The flavor is amazing and I have not used any oil yet. I did purchase an accessory kit but have not used it yet — still making things as it came. I am great at burning things in the pan and in the oven. I really like how you can open the basket to check the food as it is cooking without losing the time or the temperature. I have not burned one thing! It is extremely easy to clean! It is large, but I WILL make room for it on my counter!" —CK

I'm definitely going to sushi jail for this, but I've started putting peanut butter in my avocado rolls?? Don't knock it until you try it.
Promising review: "When people started talking about how even their child could make sushi rolls with this, I knew that I had to try it. I'm a decent cook, but when it comes to operating even the simplest of apparatuses, I'm not the most talented person. But, lo and behold, when I used this kit, making the rolls was easy and as quick as this task will ever get. I just stuff some pre-cut carrot matchsticks, some thin avocado slices, some thin (seeded) cucumber slices, and roll the nori and rice into a lovely roll. This one goes out to all those adults that never try anything new because why bother: You can do this!!!" —Mr. Martha Stewart
