There Are A Whole Lot Of Easter Eggs In This New "OITNB" Poster

BuzzFeed has the exclusive first look at the Season 3 key art, and it features a ton of throwbacks.

The brand new poster for Orange Is the New Black Season 3 features Daya, Alex, Piper, Suzanne, and Red on saint candles...and if you look closely, there are a whole lot of memorable items from their pasts.

1. Starting from the left with Daya (Dascha Polanco), there's this coconut.

In Season 1, Gloria (Selenis Leyva) calls her a coconut because she doesn't speak Spanish (i.e. she's white on the inside).

2. There's also a baby bottle.

Because, also in the first season, Daya becomes pregnant with Officer Bennett's (Matt McGorry) baby.

3. And a rattle.

With all this baby imagery, could Daya and Bennett's baby finally arrive in Season 3?!

4. There's also a prosthetic leg.

Because Daya's baby daddy has one.

5. And there's also a packet of gum.

At the beginning of their relationship in Season 1, Bennet hid a piece of gum for Daya under her pillow. Litchfield love <3

6. And this cartoon...

...Of Bennett perhaps? Daya drew a bunch of cartoons for the Litchfield newsletter in Season 2.

7. Moving on to Alex Vause (Laura Prepon), there's this red rose.

Which looks a lot like the tattoo she has on her right arm.

8. And there are also a whole bunch of hundies.

Because she made a lot of cash smuggling drugs, which is how she ended up at Litchfield.

9. Next is Piper Chapman's (Taylor Schilling) candle, and right above her name are a screwdriver and a flashlight.

Of course, Piper accidentally took a screwdriver from the workroom when she first arrived at Litchfield at the beginning of the series. And then it was used for a variety of things — just ask Big Boo (Lea DeLaria).

Also in Season 1, Piper tried to help Alex repair the dryer by holding a flashlight. When the flashlight batteries died, Piper left to find new ones and Alex got locked in the machine.

10. Piper's candle is also covered in dandelions.

Because ~certain~ friends (::cough cough:: Crazy Eyes ::cough cough::) called her "Dandelion" in Season 1.

11. And there's also this shiny diamond ring.

At the beginning of Season 1, Piper was engaged to Larry (Jason Biggs). And by the end of Season 1, she wasn't.

12. And a diploma.

Because Piper's always teased for having a college degree.

13. There's also a copy of the Big House Bugle.

Which is the newsletter Piper helped start at Litchfield and the one Daya drew cartoons for.

14. And this pink underwear.

In Season 2, Piper gave her underwear to a prison guard in Chicago in order to get closer to Alex.

15. Next up is Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren (Uzo Aduba), whose candle is filled with roses.

Because in Season 2, Vee (Lorraine Toussaint) would call her "Garden Rose." "You are a garden rose and that bitch is a weed," Vee told her, referring to Piper in a "dandelion" throwback.

16. There are also comedy and tragedy masks.

Because Crazy Eyes is constantly quoting Shakespeare.

17. And there's a blank book.

It sounds like in Season 3, Crazy Eyes is working on her own story.

18. Finally is a broom with some jalapeños.

Sometimes, in Season 2, Crazy Eyes would talk to the broom in the storage closet where Vee kept her smuggled contraband.

And those jalapeños are from Season 1, when Crazy Eyes got some for Piper, who used them to make an ointment for Red's back pain in order to get back into her good graces.

19. And lastly is Red (Kate Mulgrew), whose candle features some potted flowers.

Red used flowerpots to hide her contraband when she lost control of the kitchen in the second season.

20. And this spoon.

Which likely refers to the fact that she ran the kitchen for years.

21. And some strawberry yogurt.

When she did run the kitchen, Red used to get yogurt for her friends.

22. And the hammer and the sickle.

Which represents Red's past in Communist Russia.

23. Also, there's a very prominently featured chicken.

Red was obsessed with catching and cooking an "imaginary" chicken in Season 1.

24. And finally, some red nail polish.

You can't forget, in Season 2, when Red's contraband nail polish emits such a stench that the guards are convinced it's being smuggled in through the "rectal pipeline."
