Here's What You Need To Know About Lil Xan's Latest Claims About His Girlfriend's Pregnancy And Miscarriage

    Just weeks after Annie Smith announced she'd had a miscarriage, Lil Xan has now cast doubt on her pregnancy altogether.

    If you haven't been following the Lil Xan and Annie Smith pregnancy story, allow me to fill you in.

    Back in February, Lil Xan announced that he and girlfriend of five months, Annie Smith, were going to be parents. He shared the news in an Instagram post alongside a caption revealing that he'd "never felt more happy" in his life.

    However, just a couple of weeks later, the couple was accused of faking the pregnancy after they shared photos from the ultrasound.

    One fan account, Xanarchy Tea, posted screenshots of the ultrasound scan shown in the YouTube video the couple shared, alongside the photos that appear when you Google "week 9 ultrasound," claiming that the images "line up perfectly" when placed on top of each other.

    In fact, speculation became so intense that Annie ended up giving an interview in which she vehemently denied faking the pregnancy, adding that the accusations were "sad" and "disappointing."

    However, earlier this month, Annie shared the news that she'd had a miscarriage.

    She posted a series of photos of herself with Lil Xan on Instagram alongside a lengthy caption in which she revealed the miscarriage had caused her "hurt" she "never knew existed."

    Since then, Annie has laid low — she hasn't shared a single post on Instagram nor spoken publicly about her miscarriage.

    Lil Xan, however, has now cast doubt on Annie's claims that she was ever pregnant in the first place, revealing that he's asked for proof of her miscarriage.

    Speaking to No Jumper, Lil Xan said that while he "did really start seeing a belly," other things made the pregnancy "suspicious" and "questionable."

    He said: "We're supposed to be getting some documentation from Kaiser Permanente, a hospital, but I was like, 'I need the paperwork of the miscarriage you had.' And then because I sent her — this is another suspicious thing — I was like, 'Go down to the hospital because it's on our street and get the paperwork saying you had a miscarriage,' but she came back saying, 'Oh, I have to do this process and shit.' So I was like — it really gets you thinking, you know what I mean? I want to give her the benefit of the doubt."

    Lil Xan went on to address the current status of their relationship, revealing that they're in a "complicated" state of "limbo."

    Annie appeared to acknowledge Lil Xan's comments in an Instagram Story posted a few hours after the interview went live.

    But, to make things even more confusing, shortly after that, Lil Xan posted a photo of the pair together with the caption: "i can be an asshole sometimes but i’m really a nice guy ❤️ @anniiesmith 😍"

    And Annie went on to leave two loving comments beneath the image.
