If you cast your mind back to 2009, you may remember the cute celebrity pairing that was Taylor Lautner and Taylor Swift.
The romance didn't last long, but Taylor's song "Back to December" has since been interpreted to be about the other Taylor.
It features some pretty heartbreaking lyrics:
So this is me swallowing my pride,
Standing in front of you saying, "I'm sorry for that night,"
And I go back to December all the time.
It turns out freedom ain't nothing but missing you.
Wishing I'd realized what I had when you were mine.
I'd go back to December, turn around and make it all right.

Neither Taylor has really commented on their relationship since it ended, but now that her love life is a hot topic again it was only a matter of time before it came up during an interview.
And during a Facebook Live interview to promote Scream Queens yesterday, Taylor Lautner was harassed by his co-star Lea Michele into talking about Taylor Swift. And GOOD GOD it was awkward.
The whole thing began when John Stamos randomly announced that he'd exposed a list of "girls Taylor has dated" in a previous interview. Which led to Lea asking whether he meant girlfriends on the show or in real life. And to this pained facial expression from Taylor.
The awkwardness continued when Lea asked him who he'd dated in life.

And then came the mention of Taylor Swift, and the awkwardness just ramped up a notch.
Taylor told Lea she was "hilarious" for bringing Taylor Swift up, but we think he MIGHT just have been being sarcastic.
Lea then asked Taylor if he wanted to talk about the relationship. He said no.
So Lea proceeded to talk about it.
And then the sarcasm was back again.
And when Taylor told her he had literally no idea what "hat" lyric she was referring to, she threw the whole debate out to the viewers. And his reaction was priceless.
Lea finally had a brainwave.
And finally Taylor ended the torture by just saying the song's damn name.
And also perhaps confirming for the first time that the song WAS about him after all?!
