Khloé Kardashian Is Selling Her Mansion For $18.5 Million And The Details Are Eye-Watering

11000 square-feet? A meditation trail? An "outrageous guest house?" all yours for a casual $18.5 million.

I'm sure you know the Kardashian/Jenners. They're reality stars, beauty moguls, fashion icons and rich AF.

And, like many celebrities, they like to splash their cash on expensive homes. In fact, just last month Kylie Jenner purchased a brand new Holmby Hills pad where she's been spending much of her time in quarantine.

Well, the latest sister to get into the real estate business is Khloé. Apparently she's put her Calabasas mansion on the market for an eye-watering $18.5 million.

Khloé purchased the property in 2014, shortly after splitting from Lamar Odom.

It's also where she's currently self-isolating with 2-year-old daughter, True, and ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson.

But Khloé's realtor, Tomer Fridman, has revealed even more juicy details about the property during an interview with The Society Group's Real Talk. For starters, it was previously owned by both Eddie Murphy and Justin Bieber.

And if that wasn't enough to overwhelm you, Khloé's realtor went on to casually reveal that the property boasts over 11,000 square-feet, 2 acres of land and is "one of only 16 properties that sits on Malibu Canyon".

It also has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a home theatre, gym, swimming pool, hot tub, glam room, bar, meditation trail and "the most outrageous guest house".

After hearing all of that, you'd be forgiven for wondering why on earth Khloé has decided to move.

Well, a source told Entertainment Tonight earlier this week that Khloé has actually found "an even bigger home" in the local area that's caught her eye.

I cannot even begin to imagine the size of the new house, but I doubt it'll be too long before we find out!
