Kim Kardashian was held up at gunpoint and robbed in a Paris apartment two weeks ago.
Unsurprisingly, Kim has been left traumatised by the ordeal and has been on total lock down since.
In fact, Kim has yet to speak publicly about the ordeal and has made no moves on social media, other than to unfollow a few people on Twitter last week. And there are a few key questions about the ~future~ that are troubling us.
1. Is this ~the end~ of Kim Kardashian?!

It’s also been reported that Kim is undergoing therapy in order to deal with the aftermath of the event, with Khloé Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Chrissy Teigen all revealing that she’s “going through a process” of attempting to deal with the horrifying ordeal. It’s undoubtedly too early to tell what this means for Kim going forward – we just hope she’s OK.
2. When will she return to the public eye?
And this week, Kim’s assistant updated her website with a message telling fans that Kim would be taking some much-needed time off.
However, it’s also been revealed that her makeup masterclass has been rescheduled to Jan. 13. So perhaps Kim will take the rest of the year to recuperate – because JFC does she deserve it.
3. Will the robbery be addressed when Season 12 of KUWTK resumes this weekend?

Season 12 broke for its midseason hiatus on Sept. 4. During this hiatus, the show is off air but the family continue filming so that the season concludes virtually in real time. The show was in production at the time of the robbery, but all production was halted “indefinitely” after the incident.
The only other time in KUWTK history that filming has stopped was after Lamar Odom’s near-fatal overdose.
However, a week after filming was halted “indefinitely,” the family went on to celebrate the Season 12 wrap party last week.
4. Will Kim appear in Season 13 of KUWTK?
Photos of Kendall Jenner being filmed at an event earlier this week has confirmed that the KUWTK cameras are rolling once again – this time for Season 13. In recent years KUWTK has only gone between one and three months between seasons, which means that Season 13 ~could potentially~ return in the new year.
Given that Kim has cancelled all appearances until then and doesn't seem up to being out and about in public, it's unclear whether she’ll appear in the early episodes of the season – or even at all.
5. Or, will the robbery be addressed in a KUWTK special OR a primetime TV interview?

Earlier this week reports were swirling that Kris Jenner was pitching a “two-hour stand-alone special” about the robbery in a “part reality show, part news programme” with the capacity to become a bigger TV milestone “than the Royal Wedding”.
The family have, of course, turned real-life events into specials during the course of KUWTK’s history.
6. Will Kim's social media be affected?
Kim has been ahead of her time when it comes to social media and has utilised technology as a celebrity in an unprecedented way. She used Twitter long before other stars to communicate with fans and often used them as a “focus group” for her businesses. She’s one of the most followed people on Instagram, has created her own website and app, customized her own "Kimojis," has regular talks with Snapchat (the addition of the dalmatian to the dog filter? All her idea, by the way), and of course there’s her game, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, which has made over $100 million since its launch in 2014.
The family document their lives on social media in far more detail than most other celebrities – Kim even captured a pregnancy scare on Snapchat.
However, before the robbery occurred, the family expressed concerns over the fact that Snapchat shares your location with other users.
Khloé has, however, confirmed that the family are re-evaluating how they all use social media in the wake of the incident.
And despite the rest of her family returning to social media, Kim has maintained complete radio silence. And it’s perhaps this which makes her withdrawal from the public eye more noticeable.
Whatever the answers, one thing is clear: Kim, we miss you!
