"Don't forget to keep up with your paps and have your boobs touched even though the world is ending!!"

Chrissy Teigen has always been known for being upfront and honest, especially when it comes to her body.

In the past she's spoken graphically about the realities of recovering from giving birth.

I can confirm postpartum life is 90% better when you don't rip to your butthole. Baby boy: 1 point. Luna: 0

And just two weeks ago, Chrissy revealed she'd undergone surgery to have her breast implants removed.

Well, Chrissy has now got super real again, this time sharing a photo from her latest Pap smear in a bid to remind followers of their importance amid the coronavirus crisis.

"Don't forget to keep up with your paps and have your boobs touched even though the world is ending!!" Chrissy wrote alongside a photo of herself covered in sheets and wearing a mask at the doctor's office.

"Doctors can't find an irregular or odd pap unless you get them regularly enough to show them a difference in paps!!" she went on. "Please get it done if you have the luxury (this fucking country)."

And it didn't take long before the comments became flooded with people praising Chrissy for the post.

"Cervical cancer survivor/warrior here!" wrote one follower, "Get your PAPS!!!"

"So true! Regular screenings helped my mom find her cancer when it was treatable 20 years ago!" wrote another. "Thanks for the reminder!"

"Thanks for spreading such an important public health message!" another follower said. "The impact of this pandemic on cancer diagnosis and treatment is truly terrifying. Don’t forget to see your doctors if you need to."

"Thank you for posting about this. Normalizing female health care is so freaking important," said another fan. "You do such a wonderful job of sharing this normally taboo stuff with the world."
