Make sure to read the directions and get the correct weight for your body weight!

Promising review: "Bought 60x80 for our queen bed and it fits to a T. I have insomnia and at my daughter's recommendation bought this (my husband loves heavy blankets). I have used it for four days and I have to say I'm sleeping much better. Also claustrophobic, but this has not been an issue with the weight (for others to know with this problem). Would buy again!" —David Morgan

This is designed to replace the need for multiple pillows to support you. And the cover is machine-washable!

Promising review: "I'm not pregnant but have lower back issues that have led to sciatic and hip pain. This pillow gives me great support in laying right and not rolling into a position that causes me lower back pain upon awaking. It took me a while to get the right position to lay with it and even found two or three ways to lay with it. The first night I didn't sleep well with it because I was used to laying with all that extra, but the second night on was fine. The covers can be removed to be washed. I love it, it's helped me a lot." —Lisa Teaney

Since you offered a free trial and return I bought it anyway. He was amazed at how easy it was to set up and after two weeks of sleeping on it loves the mattress. He said you have proven me wrong. 13. And ~breathable~ sheets (I also own) as a welcome addition to any hot sleeper's bed., Amazon

Promising review: "These pink sheets rock. They are so so soft and wash incredibly well. You cannot beat the price, especially for a king size bed. I find myself washing these and putting them right back on the bed most times. I own other nice sheets but these have definitely become my favorite. So much so that I’m ordering two more sets and giving away my other sheets. The sheets in my photo is the color of the pink in person. On the ad picture they look a softer pink. I still love the color and it works well with my quilt that I bought on Amazon for a great price too. I wash them in hot and either hang on the line or toss in the dryer. Either way they come out perfect." —Nail Nut

Get them from Amazon for $22.99+ (available in seven sizes and 40 colors and patterns).

It has all colors of the rainbow, it goes for 11 hours, is easy to clean, and it looks great. Other diffusers I just couldn’t say the same about. The only thing that I do have to warn is that you need to be careful about the oils you put in it or it can be ruined (from experience). This has lasted me sooo long and I am going to buy again! My sister bought first then I did she was bummed when hers no longer worked (from the bad oils)! Definitely recommend!!" —Happy Mom of 3

humidifier sitting on a side table in a living room

Seriously, putting a humidifier in your room will help you sleep so much better.

Promising review: "I didn't realize how much moisture I was losing from my skin until I received this humidifier. I can actually breathe at night; where I live the temperature fluctuates on a daily basis. Example: one day 45 degrees Fahrenheit and the next 70 degrees Fahrenheit. My eyes were getting very dry from working on the computer and since I have added a humidifier in my bedroom and office I haven't had nearly the issues I was having before: I sleep better, my eyes aren't nearly as red as before, and my seasonal allergies do not leave me debilitated due to weather fluctuations. This device is easy to set up and use right out of the box and does not use much electrical energy. Thank you for making a humidifier that is cost effective, elegant, and practical. Cheers to your team for not only an excellent product but excellent customer service. You truly value your customers and their feedback. Cheers!" —A_V

Get it from Amazon for $39.99.

    Elizabeth Lilly / BuzzFeed

Getting sticker shock? You only use a few sprays so this thing'll last awhile. Plus I've woken up lots of mornings in my life wishing I'd paid $25 for just one night of good sleep. The packaging recs spraying it on your bedding but I find a spray on each of my queen-size bed's two pillows is plenty to help put me in the mood to drool all over my pillows. That's how you KNOW the sleep is good (or at least for me). It's fine to spray right before getting into bed *and* will even look nice sitting on your nightstand in case you're someone (like me) who remembers all the things you need to do before bed once you crawl into bed.

Get it from Amazon for $25.

    18. Light-blocking curtains you can also rely on to keep in the heat during frigid nights and weekends and days. (No judgment about camping out in your own bedroom!)

living room with blue curtains on windows

Promising review: "Once you put these bad boys on your window, the room will turn into a black hole of darkness that will engulf both soul and body. I cannot even describe the room I was in as black, it was a much deeper, almost boundless effect. Sensory deprivation will set in within minutes. You will lose all sense of what is up and down and feel like you are floating in deep space." —The Raccoon

Get them from Amazon for $18+ (available in six sizes and nine colors).

    19. Or if you wanna go FULL glam, a set of velvet curtains that'll also darken your room.

Promising review: "Purchased these for my studio, which is in an old mill. I wanted them for their insulating properties more than to block out the light because my studio loses a lot of heat at night due to its enormous windows. The curtains/drapes work great for both — I am especially pleased with how well they help keep the space from losing heat! Before having the curtains the space would lose about 8 degrees in temperature overnight (which in the winter is a significant amount, especially in the northeast). Now, with the curtains, the space no longer loses heat overnight! It is now so nice to go into my studio in the morning and find it still toasty warm!" —Noname

Get them from Amazon for $19.99+ (available in four sizes and five colors).

    20. And a string light curtain – it'll look lovely layered with sheer curtains or placed on a ceiling for an ethereal accent that won't glare on your screens while you're working your way through the past season of Baskets. (Seriously, why aren't you watching that show?), Amazon

Promising review: "What a great find! Combined with sheer curtains, it changed the look of our dark bedroom completely and was very easy to hang (took me around 15 minutes.) You can't tell by the picture but it looks PERFECT! I agree with the other buyers about the plug cord being short, but we were already using an extension cable so we don't mind." —palindromes

Get a 300-light curtain from Amazon for $17.99.

    21. A tablet holder with bendable legs ready for all those movie moments that require two hands... like eating chips and salsa!

person laying in bed with this product with four legs standing over them holding up a tablet

Promising review: "I bought one to hold my iPad Mini when I’m using it in bed at night. It seems very much like a gag gift, but it’s actually perfect for what I wanted. My hands start to fall asleep when I’m lying in bed at night holding the iPad above my face. (Yes, I have dropped the iPad on my face and given myself a bloody lip. Twice. First world problems.) This is adjustable and feels very heavy and sturdy so you don’t worry about it collapsing or tipping over on your bed. I sleep flat on my back and this thing is still able to put the iPad at an angle where I can see it even without being very propped up. It’s shockingly useful" —Ellie

Get it on Amazon for $39.95.

    22. Or a soft lil' pillow tablet stand in case you want every single thing on your bed to be pillowy soft.

pillow that acts as a tablet or book stand

stack of pillows on a bed

Pssst, these were our budget-friendly picks for the best bed pillows on BuzzFeed Reviews!

Get two from Amazon for $36.99+ (available in queen or king sizes).

    24. A *waterproof* Kindle so you can read book after book after book without being bothered to pick up a new one at the library. Oh and if your cat pushes it into a bowl of water(?!?!?!), then it's NBD., Amazon

Actually dear reader, the reviewer's cat did not push the Kindle into the bowl of water. I think the cat's there for scale?! Or is perhaps just a curious onlooker.

Promising review: "I preordered this to replace my last generation Kindle. I read a lot and mostly in three areas — outside in the sun, in bed in no light, and indoors during the day. I like the ease of adjusting the backlight as needed to read in the different environment. I don’t know what could be included in the next iteration of the Paperwhite as this one is about perfect." —Mike

Get it from Amazon for $129.99+ (available in two sizes, four colors).

It blocks out 100% of the light, is light as a feather, and, best of all, has a marshmallow-soft cushioning that cups your entire eye making it a complete blackout for the best sleep. reviewer pic of rainbow gradient water bottle on a rock

Promising review: "What a beautiful bottle. I bought this for my daughter, she loved the colors! It keeps her drink cold for hours. The tip is easy to drink out of. It was easy to clean I stuck it in the dishwasher and it came out beautiful. Comes with two straws. It’s just right side to hold and keep a drink cold for the day. Now I want one." —Natalie
