Real-life angel Taylor Swift spent her quarantine time on Wednesday reaching out and sending money to fans whose incomes have been affected by the coronavirus and its impact on the economy.

It all began on Twitter, when fan Samantha Jacobson tweeted a screenshot of a direct message from Taylor saying she'd seen her tweet about bills piling up and wanted to do something to help out.

OHHHHH MY FUCKINGGGGFFF SHUT HP SHUT UPS BUT IP SHUT UP THIS CANT BE HAPPENING I CANT STOP SHAKONT I CANT STOP CRUING WHAT THE FUCK TULORLRL

Less than 20 minutes later, Samantha posted another screenshot of a PayPal transaction from Taylor Nation, alongside a message from Taylor that simply read: "Love you buddy, sending you a hug."

"I had literally made one post about being unemployed and how i'm struggling rn and she wasn't even tagged in it it wasn't even for her to see," she wrote in a later tweet, explaining that Taylor follows her on Tumblr but she never expected for her to see the post.

Then Taylor made her way to Tumblr, where she sent a message to Holly Turner, who had written a post saying she was afraid she would have to move out of New York City since every job she had was cancelled due to the coronavirus.

i made a post on tumblr about how i was scared i wouldn't be able to stay living in NYC because of what corona has done to the music industry. @taylorswift13 literally single-handedly saved my ability to stay here. i cannot even believe my eyes right now

"I am a freelance touring music photographer and graphic designer," she wrote in the post. "My income is rooted in two of the industries that have been hit the absolute hardest by this virus: the event industry and the music industry."

She posted that Taylor had followed her on Tumblr, and shortly after posted a screenshot of $3,000 arriving in ~her~ PayPal account with a super sweet message.

"You've always been there for me," Taylor wrote. "I want to be there for you right now. I hope this helps."

And it didn't end there — Taylor also popped up in fan Leah's Tumblr DMs after she wrote a post saying she "won't be getting any paychecks for the foreseeable future".

"I'm so sorry this situation has caused you so much stress and I hope a gift of $3000 will help," Taylor wrote in the DM.

"I hope Taylor knows she just changed my entire life," Leah wrote in a later post. "She saved me."

Then she went back to Twitter to message fan India Rose, who posted earlier in the day that her retail job had been shut down and a new job had been postponed 6 months due to the coronavirus pandemic.

In summary: I’m shaking and crying and just fell over a rug in my rush to ask my brother if Taylor’s message was real &now I’m probably (definitely) concussed🥺🥰❣️♥️ This virus took my new dream job away but @taylorswift GAVE ME SOME JOY TONIGHT out of pure kindness I’M— #BEKind

In the message, Taylor wrote that she wanted to send India a gift of $3,000 to help ease the stress of her financial situation.

India responded with a photo of her cat, which TBH, is a huge mood.

And finally, Taylor slid into the DMs of a fan named Bernie.

“the one where your favorite person on earth casually calls you bernie” THANK YOU FOR BEING THE BEST FRIEND EVER @taylorswift13 💗 hejejsjfjajjf icannotbreathe

Last month, Bernie tweeted that she and her mom were being threatened with eviction after she amassed over $1,000 in debt. The situation was only worsened recently after her salary was cut to minimum wage despite the fact that she still had to go to work.

"I saw your post and would love to gift you $3000 to help with the stress of what's going on right now," Taylor wrote in a DM.

The donations come after Taylor announced this weekend she had been donating to the World Health Organisation and Feeding America to help with coronavirus relief, encouraging her fans to do the same if they had the means.

And she also posted on her Instagram story last week stressing the importance of staying inside and social distancing as much as possible during the pandemic.

An actual angel. 😇
