This Imaginary All-Black Reboot Of "Hocus Pocus" Is What The World Needs Right Now

Can someone please get Ava DuVernay on the phone to make this happen?

It's basically a flawless movie. You have soul sucking witches, a talking cat, oh, and a musical number to end all musical numbers.

But what if I told you there was a way to take this perfect film to the next level?

Well, Twitter user Persephone did just that when she tweeted her idea for a Hocus Pocus reboot starring all black actors.

Here's how the imagined cast would break down: Taraji P. Henson, Octavia Spencer, and Janelle Monáe would star as the Sanderson sisters.

Chance the Rapper would play high school lover boy Max.

Quvenzhané Wallis could easily play Dani, the adorable little sister.

And tell me Zendaya would not be would not be a perfect Allison!

Kendrick Lamar could provide the voice for the beloved cat, Thackery Binx.

And Billy the zombie would be played by none other than comedian Kevin Hart.

Oh, and the best part about Persephone's reboot idea? It's all set in New Orleans and centers around voodoo.

So basically, someone please call up Ava DuVernay so we can make this reboot a reality.
