"I have both hooded eyes and insanely oily lids. I'm also a dance teacher, so I sweat, a lot. 5. Though, NYX Eyeshadow Base won't always prevent your makeup from creasing, it's a steal at under $10.

9. Sometimes it's not about the product, but the technique. Just bake your eyes with some translucent powder and you're good to go.

10. You can also start by adding primer, and finish your look with matte setting spray.
"Primer, primer, primer. It doesn't matter what kind, just prime your lids before adding liner, shadow, glitter, etc. Add matte setting spray as a finishing touch. 13. Avoid creamier eyeliners, remember to use setting powder under your eyes, and "take a bath" in setting spray.
"So much freaking setting powder underneath the eyes. Gotta take care of that area too. As for eyeliner, I prefer pencil liners that are stiffer in texture. Creamier pencils don't last and smudge.
