  • Design Trendy T-Shirts On Own And Flaunt Your Style

What would you do to buy charming, trendy and cool t-shirts? Chances are, you can visit a popular apparel store on the internet, browse its vast categories and choose the product. You may also venture out to the nearest shopping mall and pick the best t-shirt from the lot. What if you could not find the exact product by both these means? What if these shops fail to deliver according to your specifications and expectations? Well, in such cases, you often don’t have any other option but to have the next best t-shirt and trudge back home a bit disappointed though. You sort of compromise as your trusted shop/s are not able to meet the color, shape, design or anything else you have in mind. Don’t settle for anything less and don’t feel frustrated – go and design your own t-shirt! This is what most customers are doing these days.

  • I Went To A Sound Bath Event And This Happened ...

It was a Friday and a friend contacted me and told me about this event that was happening in Manhattan called "A Shamanic Sound Journey at IYI NYC" and asked me if I wanted to go. A little that you need to know about me is that I don't do meditation I am borderline ADHD and I get bored of everything super fast. I’ve tried yoga the first time and I hated it I went to another yoga class a year later and it had a fast pace so I liked it. I fell in love with Acro Yoga later on because it is more acrobatics. So, of course, my reaction was, No Way!! But she really wanted to go and after seeing a picture of the event I agreed to go. We got there a little late the event was sold out. We walked in a huge room full of yoga mats, each had a blanket and a pillow on them. We sat down on the only two empty mats. The crowd was very mixed. I saw a lot of pregnant couples, some yogis, some people in formal clothing and the rest were in casual clothes. This is how the event was described on Facebook: “Dream Seed is a two-hour sound bath hosted by members of Golden Drum and Didge Project. Shamanic chanting, mantras, overtone singing, Native American songs, indigenous music, didgeridoos, crystal singing bowls, bells, gongs, harmoniums, tuning forks and other overtone-emitting instruments are used to create an environment conducive to deep relaxation and inward investigation. Participants are led through guided meditations and sound healing practices designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.” The Dream Seed started by introducing themselves and talked about this “journey” that we were about to embark on. They said we can do whatever we want during the journey but everybody had to start with standing up asking permission from north, east, south and west to start our journey. We sat down and they started with the music about 90% of the people in the room including me chose to lay down. I had my legs on the wall. what I noticed in the first 5 minutes was that everybody was so particular about their personal space. I started looking around, my mind was going everywhere but, I wasn’t bored. The group started walking among people bringing their instruments and playing it over our heads. The only thing that was bothering me was the smell of different herbs that were burning and they were walking it around. After an hour I sat down and saw that some people are starting to move around. Some were dancing some were doing yoga and I could hear the snoring of two people. Everybody was in their own world. I saw my friend and she looked very unhappy (she was going through something personal) so I decided to move to her mat. Again, nobody seemed to mind. she was crying so I hugged her. All this time the group was walking around. One of the girls came and put her hand on my friends head and started chanting. I moved to my own mat, put my head in the pillow and lay on my belly. That was the best I felt in the 2 hours. We were asked to return to the standing position and join hand. After talking about their upcoming event we were to hug at least three people and that was it. They had jewelry to sell in the room as well as clothing. The whole thing felt like a very nice concert. I loved the chanting and the instruments. I didn’t like the aromatherapy especially because they were blowing it into our faces. It was a great experience and I didn’t get bored, however, I didn’t feel any difference in my mood and I did not feel any lighter. I’d say if you get a chance to try it, do it. There is a good chance that you’d enjoy it.

  • 10 Things You Didn't Know About Copyright

Pissed that your video got taken down from Facebook? Is it because you had music in your video? Shouldn't matter if you bought the CD with the song on it...right? WRONG. There are many things about copyright you may not have considered. And fortunately/unfortunately, we have to abide by these laws. Please stay with me... I know this can seem boring, but it's important. Let's start with a definition: Copyright is a form of intellectual property applicable to certain forms of creative work. Some, but not all jurisdictions require "fixing" copyrighted works in a tangible form. It is often shared among multiple authors, each of whom holds a set of rights to use or license the work, and who are commonly referred to as "rights holders." These rights frequently include reproduction, control over derivative works, distribution, public performance, and "moral rights" such as attribution. Works include literary, dramatic, musical, artistic such as poetry, novels, movies, songs, computer software, and architecture. (Keep in mind that these are U.S. laws. Most countries agree to these, but not all.)

  • 5 Razones Para Tomar Cuando Te Sientes Emocionalmente Agotado.
