The early days of The Oprah Winfrey Show were much different than the final days of The Oprah Winfrey Show, and nothing exemplifies that more than this clip of a '90s Oprah going undercover as an Oprah impersonator for a good ol' prank gag. TBH, Oprah should've snatched Emmys for this performance:
Here's how the Oprank went down:
Oprah called in some temp workers (the victims of this prank) to work for a ~celebrity impersonator agency~ and warmed them up with an ACTUAL Silvester Stalone celebrity impersonator to first chat with.
And then entered an undercover Oprah — AKA Cynthia Mitchell — serving "Oprah impersonator" looking for a gig. 😂
TBH, Oprah gave a comedy performance of a lifetime.
OF A LIFETIME.
I'm honestly dying.
DYING.
Needless to say, everyone freaked out when they found out they were actually talking to Oprah the whole damn time.
