New "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" Character Posters Have Been Released

I see Han and Leia, but where is Luke Skywalker?!

We're officially less than 50 days away from the much anticipated release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and so far, in the past few weeks, Disney has continued to build up excitement with...

...the release of the official poster...

...and the official trailer, which had us feeling the feels!

Today, Disney kept the momentum going by releasing character posters that give us an up-close and detailed look at both new and classic Star Wars characters.

John Boyega as Finn, wielding a lightsaber.

Daisy Ridley as Rey, who appears to be holding the weapon she's seen with in the trailers.

Adam Driver as Kylo Ren, commander of the First Order and reported Darth Vader super-Stan.

Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia. Not much is known about her character and what has happened in the 30 years since Return of the Jedi. This is also our first real look at her, aside from a glimpse in the trailer.

Harrison Ford as the one and only Han Solo, holding his trusty blaster.

Conspicuously missing again is Luke. I guess we'll have to wait till Dec. 18 to see what our favorite Jedi looks like — which is silly, ’cause at this point we even know what Vader looks like.
