In case you missed the good news, Katy Perry is pregnant!

Yep, at the beginning of March, Katy revealed her baby bump to the world at the end of a new music video, jokingly tweeting afterwards: "OMG so glad I don't have to suck it in anymore."

Speaking of the big reveal, Katy added that she was "nervous" about sharing the news, thanking fans for their "overwhelmingly lovely" support.

love u guys so much. was a bit nervous about sharing something so personal like the song n the bump n I hv never gotten this much love n support, it’s overwhelmingly lovely. thank u 🥺♥️ #NeverWornWhite #babycat

And just a month later, Katy revealed that she and fiancé Orlando Bloom are having a baby girl, posting an adorable picture of the Pirates of the Caribbean actor covered in pink cake frosting.

But since the happy announcement, things have taken a pretty jarring turn, with most people currently locked down at home due to the coronavirus, including Katy and her family.

Just like the rest of us, the "Teenage Dream" singer has been letting her hair down a little, posting before and after quarantine pictures while encouraging fans to stay at home.

This is a *big* mood if we're being completely honest here.

But it turns out that not every day has been rosy over at the Perry-Blooms, as Katy revealed that hunkering down with her family has really tested their relationship. But fear not, she says it's actually a good thing!

In an interview with Extra, Katy said: "Even though I can get highly annoyed by being quarantined with my family in close quarters — I'm used to jet-setting around and being really busy — now I feel we've laid a new foundation within our family. There's a bond that's even stronger."

"We have some horrible days where I want to cry," Katy admitted. "But I believe when we look back at this, for myself, it will be this beautiful bond that we created."

When asked how she was feeling being quarantined while pregnant, Katy joked: "I'm grateful that I'm not giving birth tomorrow."

"I'm doing very well, all things considered," she said, adding that there was a lot to think about during the downtime. "It's a one-day-at-a-time situation, always being open to the unknown and exploring options."
