And, of course, someone in the comments doesn't understand why this is racism. Maybe it wasn't intentional racism. Maybe the cop didn't look at him and think "Oh, I'm gonna shoot this black man", but the fact of the matter is, it is racism. It is programmed into us…Â
Sure, he shouldn't have been on the sidewalk. But I don't see a camera, so I doubt his intention was to get close to her and take a picture. It looks like an accident to me. She isn't hurt (other than pride), so why press charges on the guy?
