Make a list of all the little things you're grateful for. I ALWAYS do this and it helps so much. Here's how my lists usually go: sunshine, cats, warm baths, a house, my parents, my brother, sweaters, trees, blankets, vision, etc etc...
Tell someone how you're feeling. Even if a stranger asks "how's your day going"? Don't say "fine" because maybe you don't feel fine. Tell people how you feel. Don't hide it or pretend it's not there. Whenever I talk about my feelings, they end up not being as bad as I thought they…Â
