Michael Cera (Paulie Bleeker)

Iconic Juno moment: The tic-tacs, the gold shorts.

What they've been up to: Dude kinda took over the world for a while. Superbad came out the same year as Juno. Then there was Year One, Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World, the return of Arrested Development via Netflix, and more recently Wet Hot American Summer: First Day Of Camp and a turn on Broadway in This Is Our Youth.

Jennifer Garner (Vanessa Loring)

Iconic Juno moment: That Cat Power cover of "The Sea Of Love" playing over the first time she holds her baby.

What they've been up to: Ghosts Of Girlfriends Past, Valentine's Day, a great turn in Dallas Buyers Club, another team-up with Jason Reitman via Men, Women, & Children, and generally still mesmerizing us with her dimples and the memory of Sidney Bristow.

Iconic Juno moment: Trying to woo a pregnant teen by introducing her to Sonic Youth.

What they've been up to: A ton of starring roles with a ton of A-list stars. Couples Retreat, The Switch, Horrible Bosses, Identity Thief, This Is Where I Leave You, and The Gift have been among them, as well as that Netflix follow-up to Arrested Development. He also made his feature film directoral debut with Bad Words and directed 2015's The Family Fang.

What they've been up to: Being the jackal as usual, with memorable roles in films like Away We Go, The Help, Margaret, Spy, and more. She was also nominated for a Tony for 9 to 5, and has won four Emmys in the past two years for Masters Of Sex and Mom.

J.K. Simmons (Mac MacGuff)

Iconic Juno moment: "Look, in my opinion, the best thing you can do is find a person who loves you for exactly what you are. Good mood, bad mood, ugly, pretty, handsome, what have you, the right person is still going to think the sun shines out your ass. That's the kind of person that's worth sticking with."

What they've been up to: So much! Most recently notable, though, is that itty bitty Best Supporting Actor Oscar he won in 2015 for Whiplash.

What they've been up to: No Strings Attached, Margaret (alongside Allison Janney), Nobody Walks, 5 to 7, Just Before I go, The Stanford Prison Experiment, The Wedding Ringer, and more.

Sierra Pitkin (Liberty Bell MacGuff)

Iconic Juno moment: General cuteness, but especially when they almost leave her behind in that little pink ice skating outfit.

What they've been up to:
Clark's run as Sean Cameron on Degrassi ended in 2008, and that's his most recent IMDb credit. His Instagram lists him as a "news junkie," "producer," "reporter," and "actor."

Rainn Wilson (Rollo)

Iconic Juno moment: "Your eggo is preggo."

What they've been up to: Wilson wrapped up his iconic role as Dwight Schrute in The Office in 2013. He also starred in Super alongside Ellen Page, and stars in the series Backstrom.

BONUS: Diablo Cody (Writer)

Iconic Juno moment: Writing the whole beautiful damn thing, winning the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay.
