    1. A two-minute morning journal with quick prompts focusing on stressing less and being more grateful so you can start each day on the right side of the bed.

Promising review: "I purchased this for myself at a bookstore and then purchased two more for my coworker and my mom. It's high-quality with simple prompts (i.e., What are you going to let go of? What are you grateful for? What are you going to focus on?). I love this little book. It's an excellent choice for those who want the meditation of journaling but can't seem to commit to a longer freeform journaling style." —Scott

Get it from Amazon for $11.91.

    2. A bubble list that will motivate you to reach your goals (like running a marathon). Every time you accomplish a task, you get to pop a bubble!

    Uncommon Goods

Get it from Uncommon Goods for $20.

    3. A mattress topper to help you get more sleep — you'll be so comfortable you'll never want to leave your bed.

The foam mattress topper is 2" thick and softens a too-firm mattress.

Promising review: "This topper is an excellent and cost-effective alternative to replacing your mattress! Every night I sleep on it is better than the night before. I know it's hard to imagine that 2" could do so much, but you'll be pleasantly surprised at how much support it provides!" —Betsy

Get it from Amazon for $25.23+ (available in sizes twin, twin XL, full, full XL, queen, king, and California king).

    4. A weighted blanket that may help you feel less anxious and help you sleep better!

    Plus, it's machine-washable.

Promising review: "This blanket was the best $100 I have ever spent on myself. I cannot say enough positive things about it. I was not 100% sure what to expect, but it arrived on time and without any damage. I went from restless sleep for less than six hours a night to sleeping 10 hours straight the first night I used this. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I feel so much less anxious now. I love that the individual pockets keep the glass beads disbursed evenly. You definitely get what you pay for!" —Tiffany Munday

Get it from Amazon for $78 (available in 15 sizes and four colors).

    5. A bathtub caddy tray to enhance your "me time" and make it even more enjoyable. Just put your phone on "do not disturb" and relax!

The two-sided tray has extendable handles and accessory slots to fit books, magazines, or even an electronic device. It's waterproof and has non-slip silicone grips. The sides extend up to 43 inches to accommodate most bathtubs.

Promising review: "I love this caddy tray. It took a while for me to review. I needed to test it out a few times. Royal Craft Wood really had taken the time to construct this product for consumers. I did not know that the soap dish and small tray were removable/interchangeable. It's very convenient for additional space or storing elsewhere in the tub. The product comes with strips to place where you desire to prevent the wood from scratching your porcelain tub. Did I say I love it?!" —Lahina_1821

I have a similar one that I keep on me at all times, and it is seriously the best. It's super easy to fold up, holds a lot of stuff, and helps me reduce my ecological footprint!

Promising review: "Do yourself a favor and buy a Baggu or five. They hold everything, are easy to clean, and last forever. Also, they happen to be a very cute accessory. I don't leave home without one. These are the perfect solution for someone who wants to avoid plastic bags as they fold into a pouch smaller than most wallets, so they won't take up much room in your bag." —Amazon Customer

My husband and I were looking for something cheaper but still a good quality (which is hard to find these days) to use for our meal preps for lunches and dinners! They stack really well in the refrigerator, and the lids stay on and don't leak. I'm super impressed! I definitely recommend! I will be buying again!" —Amazon Customer

It also includes nature-inspired sounds, eight colorful light options, three brightness settings, and FM radio.

Promising review: "I had tried everything to wake myself up in the morning, short of those devices that throw you out of bed. This clock has been a wonderful addition to my morning routine! You can adjust the brightness of the light, and you can also choose if you want an annoying alarm sound or maybe just the sound of the radio. I’m able to listen to music if I want to, and I regularly use it as just a lamp for the room. I love it!!! I would recommend it to any of my friends. The only thing I could say negative about it is that the buttons on the clock face are hard to see when it’s dark, so it makes it a bit hard to turn the alarm on and off. But it hasn’t been much of has hassle. I still love it!!" —S. SMITH

    12. A simple to-do list so you can stay more organized and on top of everything you need to get done. Plus, it just feels so satisfying to cross things off the list!

I am a bit soup obsessed, so I tend to make myself soup all the time. I've been making different soups with this, and it takes so little time. I especially love the fact that I can make braised beef shanks in so little time. For the New Year, I made a simple resolution to have fruits and/or vegetables with every meal, and this device is helping me reach that goal. The cleanup can be tricky if you don't have a small brush to help clean the blades. However, the power spray on the sink can help. The blades are sharp, so be careful! 21. A stand-up desk converter so you can stop slouching and sitting for extended periods of time because you already know how bad that is for you!

Promising review: "This stand-up desk is great and affordable. It compares well to more expensive options that I have seen in the office. It actually raises and lowers much easier than a lot of others I have tried. I thought it would make my desk look more cluttered, but it actually did the opposite. The device slot is actually pretty useful. It is a little on the heavy side and requires a little assembly, but I had no problem setting it up by myself. Just be aware that the feet length are 26 inches (my desk in only 24 inches), so if you have a narrow desk it may protrude a bit." —J.F.

I just had my teeth cleaned today, and they weren't any more sensitive than normal, so I guess my using the product every other day is just as effective without giving me super-sensitive teeth! I highly recommend!!" —Kimbergidget
