Turns out, a few months ago some intrepid urban explorers broke into and climbed the in-construction Shard building, the monolithic new tower going up over London. They took pictures. The view is mindblowing.
Some guy won 10,000 euros on a scratchcard during a flight, but when informed that he could not receive the money immediately, decided to eat the card. Thus neatly denying himself money he clearly did not deserve.
